Breakfast was Good and location is also good.
Good Facilities sport and swimming pool
Very serene atmosphere, Deers roam around the facility giving you good gaze at them.
Room which was allotted to us needed electrical maintenance

Great location, close to Bandipur NP entry. Food is nice (buffet with various Indian dishes). Helpful staff who lets you know when the food is ready, and arranged a taxi for us. It was one of the more affordable stays we could find near Bandipur NP.
Only downside was hygiene, the cheaper rooms where not very properly cleaned and bedsheets and towels had stains. It looks like the more expensive rooms are better maintained. It was fine for a night but could have been better.

We arrived after a long an difficult day and got there quite spontaneous. The People working there were exceptionnel friendly to us. The resort got recommended to us, as a safe place for two women travelling and it was!

GOOD FOOD.
HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH ROOM & TOILET. ONE ROOM COST IS ALMOST 10K INCLUDING MEAL. BUT ROOM IS SMALL & NOT WORTH SPENDING EVEN 2K FOR THAT.

Cleaniness and comfort is very poor.bath is very poor. Electrical connections and bath room accessories were in very bad condition.no intercom in the room

it is clean, staff exceptionally friendly and polite, food very good, room is nice but the bathroom door and window panel in very bad shape. room not sufficient light near dressing mirror.
bathroom door very bad, galas window panel broken, no light near wash basin mirror. there is no tea or coffee in the room if I need an early tea. water provided is in jug, should have mineral water. yes there is mineral water but you need to pay.

I just loved the fact there were leopard sightings right behind the property in an abandoned building. If you are super lucky you can spot the Cubs too. So keep an eye out. Always opt for the JLR safari it's worth what you pay for( atleast most of the times).

Really nice place. Food is awesome. Jungle safari conducted by them is superb. Will visit the place gain.
The rooms could be a little better maintained. With this price, the rooms were not up to that level

Breakfast was good, served the requested food on time. Lunch and dinner also very good. Served hot and tasty food.
Wifi connectivity was very poor. Rooms are not provided with hot water kettle, tea, coffee, milk and sugar powder.

Friendly staff and very near the starting point for safaris
The property was expensive for what it was. The deluxe room was basic with limited hot water. The staff were willing and friendly but almost everything was an extra.
