To get the keys I had to tvl offsite, about 1km away, to a location with no parking in the middle of Surfers on a busy street upstairs, it looked like a scam. I was very dubious, especially after jumping through hoops with them wanting photos of my credit card and passport, talk about all the traits of a com! For a flash accommodation, I didn't expect that, to be blunt it was crap. Inside the apartment, the bathroom cupboard fronts fell off, the paint wrap that is, no toilet roll holder, the laundry door where the same and wouldn't close once opened, about 30% of the kitchen joinery was the same. The couch was badly stained, the coffee table had drink rings and the spilled drink could still be seen under the glass. The Toilet only flushed properly when it felt like it. The shower was average. Overall I was very disappointed, I was really excited to be in the middle of Surfers in what thought was a flash accommodation that some have said it's a 5 stair, I would give it a 2. The only great thing about it was the view and the location. Having stayed in another Mantra accommodation, this was crap in comparison.

Amazing location, great size apartment for a comfortable family stay and nice facilities.

The bed in the main bedroom was a bit hard. Could do with a mattress topper.

Beds were clean and comfortable. The views were fabulous. Spacious. Plenty of towels. Air Con was excellent. Water temperature perfect. TV was excellent. Nice balcony. 1 Pool was closed but the other outdoor pool and the indoor pool were great. Games room and gym excellent. Free parking was much appreciated. Dishes, glassware, cutlery, kettle, pots n pans nice. Microwave new.

Bathroom sink was clogged until we fixed it. Burst balloons under the mat in the lounge room. Carpet not vaccumed. Closet doors very difficult to slide. Walls and doors dirty. Many bulbs needed for down lights. Oven had one dirty tray and the other two were clean and covered with foil. No cutting knives except large bread knife. No laundry detergent. Pool towels would have been nice. I didn't like the already opened shampoo, conditioner, foam soap, felt cheap rather than luxury. Bathroom spa, jets need attention. Toilet flush buttons needs attention. Beds and so much glass would take up all the cleaning time so a monthly spring clean is needed as well.

View was amazing, and for being in the heart of the party section of surfers was surprisingly quiet with all doors and windows closed. Comfy, extra large bed, laundry available in the apartment, and a nice large balcony were also great.

My only real complaint is that the sun coming in (in the hottest part of the year, of course) through the main bedroom made sleeping difficult in the mornings, so in future if I'm staying here in summer I think I'll have a river facing room instead.

paid 275 for one night and had to wash dishes and threw the rubbish myself, also they have separated reception with almost 500m away . i think 275 could find a better place to stay for one night

View from balcony was amazing.

No proper wifi. Balcony was not clean and lot of spider webs. Staff was very bad, everytime I have to ring 10 times then I get response.

I have stayed in many places over the years as a full time traveller and I have to be honest, this was the worst apartment i have ever witnessed that was on offer. 1. The smell coming up from the hallway was bad, and to our surprise it was coming from this apartment! The smell is so strong (curry herbs) where it really does hit you in the face enough for your eyes to water. 2. The condition of the bed, sofa and vents were nothing short of disgusting. Stains, A sheet as the bed linen (no quilt) literally just a sheet. The vents are filled with dirt and dust. The mattress is stained as is the floors. When i mentioned this to the Owner they advised me to “open a window”. I took matters in my own hands and brought 4 Cans of Glen 20 hoping this would help, unfortunately it did not. I asked to have this cancelled asap, and they advised me no. I checked out on the first day and went to the Hilton instead. DO NOT STAY HERE! IT IS DISGUSTING! WORST STAYS EVER!!

The location was perfect however the property was in dismal state with most of the rooms either damaged or broken.

You have to drive into a very busy location to drop and pick up keys. The interior including the bed/pillows were so cheap and uncomfortable it was actually funny. The property also had a broken shower and toilet from when we checked in until over 26hrs later. The staff were i’ll trained and unsure with how to run a business. Avoid this place and the associated company at all costs.

Wonderful River View from 36 floor. Location is in the heart of Surfers Paradise, next to Woolworth, 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Initially the apartment seems fine, as was shown in photos, but despite the late check in policy 3PM check out 11AM the apartment wasn't cleaned whatsoever. We had to wait 30 minutes for the apartment to be cleaned and ready for the guests, no cleaning job was done. So, the attached photos speak for themselves. Apartment was dusty, dirty, oily, stools in yellow stains, there were blood stains on the pillow case, broken blinds in the bathroom. After contacting with manager, we got dull reply "Sorry for inconvenience" and were offered 55$ as half cleaning fee, which is ridiculous. JUST AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
