Good set up, the rooms are small but the beds were comfy, electric shower which does not give great pressure, the kitchen and breakout areas are great.
There was a strong smell of food in my room on the 2nd night from other guests cooking.

Everything , home from home , very clean , very comfortable and nothing was to much trouble , will stay again when Im up .

Clean and comfortable room, the use of the lounge and the breakfast room is fabulous, with all the facilities to self-cater for the evenings in addition to an unfussy self-service breakfast. Everything is extremely well looked after.
Probably not something that is easy to address, but I would have appreciated some soundproofing between my room and my heavy snoring neighbour!

The property was immaculate, amazing breakfast set up and the manager could not have been nicer. I would definetely go back when Im working in the area again.

Really relaxed atmosphere, clean and comfy bedroom and really nice staff. Shower was also excellent
The bathroom was a bit cold but it was winter in Scotland.

Calm and quiet. Private and amenable. Rooms set up simply yet fully functional. Pleasantly decorated lounge area. Well located for train station.
Perhaps a sign on fridge provided for client use would be a help.

lovely modern place, rooms are very comfortable and clean. Kitchen is full of breakfast foods. Location was perfect, Aldi and Tesco 2 minute walk away.

Great set up for checkin, clean and well presented premisis with all that could be required by a guest readily available, breakfast help yourself with plenty quality food and dringks on offer and a very pleasant host who was present to guide me through the process.

Excellent for solo travellers as it is in an excellent location close to the centre of Inverurie.

property is well kept and based right across from aldi which is ideal r works lunches etc. near to town and places to eat. great kitchen for making breakfast and food.

I loved the fully fitted out kitchen which is open all the time. I also liked the overall facilities and the very relaxed and accommodating staff. Great place to stay

Perfect accommodation and first class service. Abocc be e and beyond.
The only thing that could be better - I should have booked an extra night! I never got to see the heritage centre. Chris was telling me all about It - it is a must go. I’m booking again soon.

The location , cleanliness and furnishings
The breakfast. Good selection of jams but a very limited selection of food.
Many cereals .Same flavour of yogurts and no butter etc.
Some cheese , a variety of yogurts, boiled eggs
cold meats and some good quality bread for toast would be a suggestion.
Stayed 2 nights but only ate breakfast first morning.
Everything else was fine and though there are facilities to cook I dont really want to do this in the morning .
