Very new, clean, modern, comfortable room.
No fridge in the room, no toiletries, some odd dysfunctions in the bathroom, too much non-human tech, including a self-service-only bar. Staff mostly helpful if you could get their attention.
Biggest issue, no connection with the new venue next door! Emmylou Harris concert, and the staff I asked for directions knew nothing about it. All obviously part of a brand new development, but need to get their act together.

Industrial look, well organised, clean, quiet, located on the Rhine promenade, parking garage, decent breakfast and the helping robot as a nice touch

It was a simple hotel. I liked the check in check out process. I liked the robot. I liked the rooms.
We weren’t totally sure where to park, we were quite nervous.
It could say on the website or when booking through a third company about there being a multi coloured car park, and hotel parking is on floor 3 & 4.

The room was clean and the breakfast decent.
I did not receive a hard copy of my invoice. The desk manager insured me that it was send by e-mail but i did not receive one.
