Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön und ruhig, der Wohn-Essraum sauber, hell und freundlich eingerichtet.

Lt. Zimmerbeschreibung sollte unser gebuchtes Zimmer 25 qm haben und das Badezimmer im Zimmer sein. Tatsächlich bekamen wir eines mit knapp 14 qm, ins Bad mussten wir aus dem Zimmer raus und über einen kleinen Vorplatz (der mit einem Vorhang vom Gang abgetrennt war) ins Bad. Wir haben das reklamiert, doch ein Herr, der für den Besitzer des Hauses arbeitet erklärte uns, dass unsere Beanstandung zwar begründet sei, er jedoch nichts machen könne...für uns eine sehr unzufriedenstellende Antwort und daher ist der Preis von 84 US Dollar/Nacht für diese Kammer absolut überzogen! Weiters sind Zimmer und Bad sehr feucht, was man an den Handtüchern und unserer Kleidung am nächsten Tag spürte ( es gab auch keine Möglichkeit unsere nasse Kleidung nach einen regnerischen Tag zu trocknen). Das Frühstück sah optisch gut aus, wurde jedoch schon sehr früh hergerichtet und mit Frischhaltefolie abgedeckt. Folglich waren die Pancakes zäh, das Ei kalt und die Sandwiches durchgeweicht.

The Booking.com message link to Google map for the location of the property is not precise. but this should be fixed by booking.com. It took me and driver extra time to find it. However, if you don't use the link from the message, instead just search for Andora, it could be found on google map.

Very clean and tidy property and very comfortable bed. Good bathroom and good breakfast. The location is good, in a quiet and nice area close to the town (but away from the messy centre). The common living room was nice to relax, especially as Nuwara can be quite chilly. The manager is helpful, he gave us great advice on a day trip visiting tea fields.

Compared to other hotels in Sri Lanka, this one seems a bit pricey (for similar offering), but we were totally satisfied with the stay.

Rooms were lovely and location was central to the lake/town. Breakfast was great and quite large but we just took the leftovers for a packed lunch. Staff were helpful. Would recommend.

WiFi was average but that seems to be the norm in Sri Lanka.

This hotel was perfect for our one night stay in Nuwara Eliya. The guest house was really clean and had beautiful views. The room was big and very comfortable. Our favourite part was how lovely the owners were who made our stay perfect! The location of the hotel is also amazing… right next to Themparadu and a short walk to all of the sites. The breakfast was also delicious… we ate most of it and then wrapped up the sandwiches and had them for lunch! Would definitely recommend this place.
