Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt, den ich allen meinen Freunden wärmstens ans Herz lege.

Das Frühstück war ein Traum, sehr abwechslungsreich, leckere Smoothie, wunderschön angerichtet, tolle Aussicht, gemütlich, man hätte ewig sitzen können

Schön und erholsam.

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich,achtsam und kompetent. Die Lage direkt am See ist wunderschön. Die Zimmer modern und wohnlich. Der direkte Seezugang aussergewöhnlich.

Das Wellnessbehandlungsangbot war aufgrund von Krankeitsbedingten Ausfällen bei den Mitarbeitern für uns nicht nutzbar. Das war schade, jedoch eben nur eine Ausnahmesituation.

Traumhaft!

Wir sind schwer beeindruckt vom Konzept und von der Realisierung, vom tollen Standort und vom Gefühl, einfach mal abzutauchen... Gerne wieder!!!!! Könnte zu unserer 2. Lieblingsinsel werden!

Mega schön - Mega Entspannung…

Alles war mega-schön!

trotz der 10 Sterne möchte ich gern 2 Hinweise geben! Im herausragenden Saunagarten fehlte es an einem Personal, dass ab und an mal nach Getränken fragt! Wasser ist zwar vorhanden, jedoch hätte die tolle Atmosphäre zu einem Cocktail, Bier, etc. eingeladen! Zudem mussten Leihgebühren für Sub‘s am Strand entrichtet werden - bei einem Hotel, was nach seinem eigenen Anspruch keine Wünsche offen lässt, wäre es schöner, wenn solche Dinge einfach inklusive sind!

Good

Really liked it... hotel service staff, hotel, SPA, wonderful room and view. Very clean and pleasant smell. Restaurant-delicious food and wonderful German wine.

Restaurant staff and waiters. 1. I didin't get the napkins. I took it myself. 2. I drank two kinds of wine (red & white). Did not change the wine glass. I changed it myself. 3. Brougt a burnt and extinguished candle. I changed it myself. 4. I took the bread myself.

beautiful location; very luxurious; nice spa facilities; helpful and friendly staff; bicycle rental is nice for a ride around the lake

very expensive- not just the room but also breakfast and other extras. need to book well ahead in order to use the spa services

relaxing atmosphere, thoughtful concept & design, clean facilities, lake with wonderful views

the spa facilities are mit open in the morning, would have loved to start the day with a sauna a swim.

Superb

We had a wonderfully comfortable stay in this beautiful location by the lake! The saunas were very relaxing and the food was excellent. We enjoyed meeting Pasindou, who was working in the restaurant.

The restaurant service was very slow at times, and a bit neglectful.

A wonderful venue with lots to do in a great location. Areas for improvement small in proportion.

Room location, spa, water sports, quality of food in restaurant. Hotel is ultra modern, room is a great size and the balconies overlooking the lake large enough to sit out comfortably. Food quality was a surprise - excellent. Spa has three saunas and beach area to lounge. Place squeaky clean. Overall great value for money.

Staff in restaurant lax in picking up on customers wanting drink refills, delivering bills and in general paying attention to customers on tables other than the one they just delivered to or cleared. Buffet breakfast not always well stocked later in the "open" period - eg glasses for juice but also supply of items. In other words restaurant management needs to focus on staff training and monitoring.

Exclusive and amazing

What a gem! I was very impressed by everything: the comfort, the extremely friendly staff, the exclusiveness of the beaches, all the activities offered, the delicious food and drinks, the beautiful location, and convenient parking. My daughter and I had a wonderful time playing and relaxing, and we are looking forward to another stay!

Not many options on the lunch menu. We wanted to stay at the beach the entire day but we had to change and go into town for lunch then come back to the hotel. It would have been nice if the restaurant offered a wider variety of lunch food, like sandwiches, salads, pizza, etc. Also, no bar at the activities beach - we were thirsty and wanted something cold to drink after doing our activities!
