Er viel me helemaal niets tegen. Integendeel!

It was tucked in and not directly exposed to the sun, which was great given extremely hot weather.
It has a washer and a drying rack outside.
The AC worked well.
The host secured items for us (beach towels, cereal bowls) to make our stay more pleasant.
It was quiet despite being close to all the amenities.
The place didn't have a view - in our case its being in the shade was more important but if you're staying longer and want a view this might not be the right place for you.
The parking was not free or private - I had to park in the street and pay 6 euros per calendar day. The silver lining is that the host helped me park the car and pay for parking (had to buy tickets at a street kiosk).
