La camera da letto principale si affaccia sul Mare di Cortez con accesso al patio tramite una porta scorrevole. Il master offre un letto king size con bagno privato e aree spogliatoio. La camera da letto numero due si trova sul lato opposto della casa, ha un letto king size e si affaccia anche sul Mare di Cortez. Condivide un bagno con la camera da letto numero tre che ha un letto full size e due letti singoli. Il punto focale della casa è la grande sala con la sua cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno. E non dimenticare il wet bar con vista direttamente sull'oceano. Easy Street è dotata di tutti i comfort moderni; aria condizionata / riscaldamento, lavastoviglie, TV a schermo piatto con Direct TV, lavatrice e asciugatrice, forno a microonde, piano cottura e forno e un garage doppio sovradimensionato. WIFI è gratuito. Tutto il necessario per cucinare da buongustai è disponibile in cucina; pentole e padelle, piatti, piatti da portata e utensili. All'esterno troverete un cortile chiuso sul lato della strada e un ampio patio e una terrazza sul lato oceano. Un barbecue a carbone è disponibile nella rimessa sul lato della casa, si prega di portare il proprio carbone. La spiaggia ha una buca per il fuoco; il legno è disponibile sulla strada che entra in Las Conchas. Porta presto uno o due tronchi per accendere il fuoco. La casa ha letti per otto persone. Non permettiamo di dormire sui divani nella grande sala.

we visit Penasco every November for the motorcycle rally since 2011. once we discovered Las Conchas, it's been our go to location. Thank you Gary for being a great host/manager. we will see you again next time!

Home is beautiful and right on the beach. Homes beachfront borders the public access walkway to the beach, so many families can share the beachfront you do (essentially blocking your view during busy times). However it is overall a beautiful home. Plan to bring your own toiletries, as the bathrooms and kitchen are minimally supplied. The air conditioner broke during our stay, but the owner promptly repaired it.

First, Gary was pretty great as a host. We checked in on day one and Gary came by to say hi. The house is nice, we got what we paid for. The furniture is out door stuff. But who cares, does what we needed it to, others seemed to be bothered by that. The things that i didnt care for: the fridge smells like bleach... extremely strong. It ruined our food. The AC went down on day one, Gary got it running but it never really ran great. The mini split in the master worked like a champ so we were fine. There is a public access next door to the house so there are always cars parked in front and people go by the house non-stop. Cant really control that, so no biggie. I didnt care for it though. There was two sun shades infront of our house. One seemed to be abandoned and the other belongs to Gary. Kinda sucks because it obstructs our view. I suspect thats why its mounted in front of the rental and not his own house.
Over all, this was a good stay, im not sure Id come back.

Spacious beachfront home located next to property manager. We were able to bring our small dogs which made us happy. Single story which made my 93 yo mother happy, too.

This is a great house, with a great view! We booked this house to celebrate multiple birthdays, and just want to relax on a beach and it exceeded all of our expectations. It was a holiday weekend and the beach was not busy, it was perfect. Already planning our next trip here. Thanks Gary you were great! See you soon.

Our stay at Easy Street was great. Everything about this property was on point. Gary and Robin are fantastic hosts. Loved our time there. Can’t wait to go back!

My wife and kids loved this property and location the best and had a nice hated area were the dogs could be let out. Their is a beach access on the side of the property where vendors will come thru and try to sell you souvenirs, drinks, and massage which is convenient but can get old fast. We will definitely be going back to this location.
Gary is right next door and was really helpful.

Our recent stay at Easy Street was our 4th time. We greatly enjoy the home and location. Gary is very kind and responsive to whatever is needed. The kitchen is nicely stocked for making meals. We noticed some improvements, including the new bed covers and sheets.

This is a great house at a great location. It was nice that my kids could go right outside and play on the beach. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is clean and comfortable.

Great location. We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen has everything. The master bedroom was big and the bathroom was perfect for the two of us. Merchants came buy to sell their wares during the day but were extremely polite. Only complaint is that there were no functioning lightbulbs on the back porch but all things considered, we’ll definitely be back sometime next year! Highly recommend this property.

I actually liked this property for the price and quick get away. Happy that all the water was filtered in the house. We had no issues, except there is an easement to the beach from the road on the side of the house, so occasionally people came thru, it was fine and we got used to it. Also, we were just laughing and talking, in the evening in the patio and the creepy neighbor in new house next door came out on her nightgown and hushed me to keep it down. Note to owner: you need a privacy fence or plants like the other side of house. Otherwise…. Great house and access to beach.

Based off of the pictures and reviews, I was expecting to be underwhelmed but this place is amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. Beachfront and the house has lots of windows to appreciate the view. Tons of towels and linen. Kitchen has everything. Lots of places for everyone to sit and chill. There’s a water softener and reverse osmosis at the kitchen sink. The 2 showers are huge. The garage fits 2 cars with extra space.

It was so easy to check in. Gary was available if and when we needed. Great location, beautiful comfortable home and best snorkeling ever. we had a great time and the house was perfect for our family and friends! Highly recommended

We had a blast at this property. The only issues we had was the outside shower did not stop running. We were able to put an end cap on the shower to stop it from running. I called Gary and he immediately sent over his assistant to try address the issue. Also, it was supposed to have a charcoal grill in the shed, but it was not there. It had a built in charcoal grill in the front yard, but it's not big enough. One of the vendors found a grill for us to use. But overall, I would recommend this place for rental. The rooms were comfortable and the showers were spacious. The views of the sea were spectacular.

Wonderful vacation home
It had amazing views, the house is beautiful and clean, the kitchen was full of everything we needed. It is only a few minutes from El Malecón. We really enjoyed spending our vacation in the home and will be returning.

We stayed here in 2021 and loved it. This time, the house was not nearly as clean, the refrigerator stunk and I had to keep our food in freezer bags, the air didn't work very well and the slider in one of the ocean view rooms couldn't be opened. Then u got a message as soon as I got home asking me if I took 2 towels home, I had to explain that the master bath didn't have any and I had to find some in the small bedroom but left them hanging in the bathroom.

Great home on the beach , convenient to shops and restaurants. We all enjoyed the space and amenities, Gary and Robynne were wonderful hosts and We enjoyed meeting their adorable dogs. Tide pools were fun to explore. Beautiful , quiet location. We will be back.

We enjoyed our 3 nights at Easy Street!
We were really impressed that it was stocked with paper towels, dish soap, napkins, salt & pepper. Many rentals do not supply these and the first thing you need to do is go get those if you did not bring them. It was nice to have the reverse osmosis water spigot.
We did not watch TV, but liked having WIFI available as one person in our group needed to work a few hours each day.
The house was nicely furnished - the 2 sofas were very comfortable and looked nearly new. The beds were comfortable too!
Both couples were able to bring our dog, so that was really nice!
It was our friends first time to Puerto Penasco and they loved the entire experience!

Could not have rented a finer property and location! This place is beautiful and the owners have provided all that you could need! This is the only place we have ever stayed in Puerto Peñasco that owners provided filtered water in kitchen and both master bathrooms! Very close to town but outside of town noise!
