Perfect location, near center of Nida and Maxima store
Apartment is clean and very bright

Renovated apartment, view to church, awesomely comfortable firm bed, flexible check in as the key is in the code locked box outside. Close to Nida city centre and possibility to walk to beach through the woods. it wasn't a good first impression on check-in, but once we got settled in it was pretty good and we all liked the flat.
The side of the house where the parking is located is some student accommodation where youth is drinking on the loading dock and it doesn't look good. The side where the flats are have renovated corridors and the flat has a nice scent but there aren't any signs on the outside so it was a little hard to find the entrance (there are two). Also 2021 is road construction outside so it looks messy.
