Abbiamo pernottato in 4 persone, con ebike. La struttura offre la possibilità di tenere in un luogo sicuro le biciclette. L'appartamento è curatissimo in ogni dettaglio, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari per un pernottamento sia breve, che di più giorni. Molto apprezzata la disponibilità della lavatrice. Il signor Mario ci ha fatto trovare un kit di accoglienza particolarmente gradito, con acqua, frutta fresca, dolci confezionati e cialde per il caffè di una torrefazione locale. Molto apprezzati anche i consigli su dove cenare (una convenzione con il ristorante "8 al litro" consente di avere la colazione gratuita il giorno successivo alla cena nel locale) e sui luoghi da visitare nelle vicinanze.

Mario is a fantastic host. He upgraded us a room to an appartment for free. We had all we need and even more. He even broughtt us bikes for free.

IL Vicoletto was genuinely the best accommodation we stayed in during our whole month in Europe. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable and beautifully designed, with a really thoughtful layout and everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was very well stocked, with delicious coffee and toast available, the Wi-Fi was excellent and having streaming available was a great bonus. We were travelling with our son and really appreciated that there was an extra pull-out bed already provided with bedding for him. The apartment felt spacious, secure and incredibly comfortable, with coded gate entry giving us extra peace of mind. The location was also perfect. Serra San Bruno is a beautiful mountain village, surrounded by nature with lovely forest walks nearby. The apartment is within easy walking distance of restaurants and cafés, and we loved being able to go out on the balcony and watch people passing by below – it was a lovely way to take in the atmosphere of the town. Mario was a wonderful host – so friendly, welcoming and helpful. He met us when we arrived, helped us with parking and our bags, showed us around and gave us the keys. He also very kindly allowed to store our bags a little later after check out time, which made our departure so much easier. He was available via WhatsApp for any questions we had. The apartment made our time in Serra San Bruno incredibly comfortable and made us feel genuinely welcome. After travelling through Europe and staying in many different places, this one really stood out. It felt like someone had thought carefully about all the little things guests might need. We would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone travelling through Serra San Bruno. 10/10.

Eine Ferienunterkunft mit eigenem Charakter. Bei unserer Anreise wurden wir bereits vom Vermieter in unserer Ferienunterkunft begrüßt. Der Empfang war freundlich, Mario hat uns viel Interessantes über die Stadt und Umgebung erzählt. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit lokalen Kaffeespezialitäten und kleinen Snacks empfangen. Die Wohnung selbst ist in einem sauberen, gepflegten Zustand. Das besondere Ambiente passt zum Gesamtbild der Ortschaft. Die Wohnung ist mit allem, was man benötigt, ausgestattet. Es sind sogar zwei Klimaanlagen vorhanden, was sehr praktisch ist, wenn man zu viert in der Wohnung übernachtet. Kleine Goodies wie Gewürze, Öl, Zucker, Kaffee und Waschpulver wurden von Mario zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wäsche und Bettausstattung waren sehr sauber und rochen angenehm. Uns wurde häufig Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel angeboten. Die Technik ist neuwertig und funktioniert einwandfrei. WLAN und Netflixfähiger TV (im Schlafzimmer ist zwar auch eins vorhanden, der wurde von uns aber nicht angemacht) gehören ebenfalls zur Ausstattung. Zum Abschied kam unser Gastgeber vorbei und hat uns sehr warm und herzlich verabschiedet. Vielen Dank und auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen!
