Bel appartement, spacieux, propre, très bon emplacement, bonne communication
Équipement très correct mais un poil moins bien que l’aspect général de l’appartement, y compris literie. La ville est chère et ce logement ne fait pas exception

It is spacious light and airy and comfortable . Nice balcony over looking the street. Great location, easy walking to main attractions and railway station. Supermarket, pharmacy and Boulanger on the doorstep.. restaurants and cafes nearby. very good air con.
Really good communication with the owners
A kettle and toaster would have been very useful. The pillows are a bit soft. Although we were supplied with bath towels. We had to ask for hand towels and were only given 1. For hygiene purposes one each is essential. There were 3 of us.
The free toiletries provided, only included shower gel and hand soap. An information folder, giving tips and advice for staying in Nice would be really helpful.

The property was spacious and comfortable! The beds were extremely comfortable and having a bathtub was nice. It was close to public transport and a supermarket which was perfect. Great little cafe on the corner too!
It was a good 15 mins walk from the old town and restaurants. We didn’t mind this but something for families with older relatives or young children to consider. However — the tram stop is less than 2 min walk and takes you right into town.
