Looks nothing like pictures, no hot water, front desk opens at 11 am. Loud music thou out hallway. Bad place

The room for very small the AC barely worked staff was very rude we got ever charged the room wasn't ready until late July 23rd we got an upgrade but it was not an upgrade at all in the pictures that booking.com has of the hotel in the remodel rooms is nothing like the actual rooms itself always smells like weed very loud you can hear everything door slamming a lot of traffic in and out I could go on and on but I'm just going to leave it at that if you would like to get a hold of me if you have any more questions you'd like to ask or anything my number is 513-823-1520

The Internet worked perfectly, however it was difficult to connect our device

they canceled my stay at the least minute and also when I called to change the room size and I waited on hold for 55 minutes while she checked people in.

Everyone keeps to themselves and from what I see most guests are hard workers and considerate. The staff is beyond lovely if you respect them obviously. Miss Tiffiny needs a RAISE!!!
