La casa di Vineyard Charming ha 12 posti letto in una perfetta posizione East Chop! 2019 RISTRUTTURAZIONE CUCINA! In pochi minuti puoi essere in spiaggia o in città! La nostra casa è stata costruita nel 1890 ed è stata completamente rinnovata. Dispone di 6 camere da letto, quattro bagni e una deliziosa doccia esterna privata! Con nuovi elettrodomestici e un tavolo da fattoria personalizzato - è perfetto per una lunga permanenza in famiglia sull'isola per godersi un po 'di tempo con amici e familiari. Bella veranda con molti posti a sedere per tutti! Vista sull'oceano e sul porto. Patio posteriore con molti posti a sedere per mangiare all'aperto con grill e ampio cortile laterale. C'è un ampio soggiorno accogliente con divani nuovi di zecca e posti a sedere per riunioni di famiglia. C'è una camera da letto al primo piano con un letto matrimoniale e bagno di servizio privato. Al piano superiore ci sono due grandi camere matrimoniali con letti king size, una camera con due letti singoli, e una camera con letti a castello e un letto singolo, e una camera torre che ha un comodo divano letto. Due bagni al piano superiore, entrambi con vasca da bagno e il più grande dei due ha anche una doccia in piedi. Televisione, cavo e wifi in tutta la casa! Lavatore e asciugatore. La nostra casa è perfetta per due famiglie o una grande! Ottima anche la vacanza per gli amici! Ricercato quartiere di East Chop porta tranquillità e privacy ed è vicino a tutti i servizi sull'isola! Rendi i tuoi ricordi in questo incantatore di Vineyard perfetto!

We have been visiting the Vineyard each fall with a group of family and friends for 20+ years. This was our first time staying in the East Chop area and we enjoyed the location. It is a quiet neighborhood that is within walking distance of the harbor and downtown Oak Bluffs. The house accommodated our group, and with two full sized couches and additional seating in the living room we had a nice gathering spot where everyone could be comfortable. The renovated bathrooms were also a huge plus. The owners were pleasant and accommodating, and have done a good job maintaining the property. Overall a great experience, thank you!

Our grown “kids” and families joined us for a vacation at 19 Plymouth. It is a wonderful home to gather while also providing comfortable private spaces when needed. Location is wonderful proving a very short walk to see the sunrise at the little beach and walking distance to downtown Oak Bluff. We spent MANY hours on the porch reconnecting and we all fit around the kitchen table for dinners! Lost one star because first floor living area has no a/c.

What a stay! The location simply could not be better. You are steps away from the Oak Bluffs harbor. Remarkable! If you're coming with your family, highly recommend this house!

I rented this lovely rambling summer cottage for a multi generation girls weekend and it was perfect. It’s a great location within walking distance of docks, town, beaches, grocery and campground . The porch has a view of ocean and a wonderful gathering place for family and friends. The kitchen was clearly updated with a big table which we enjoyed gathering around for dinner and brunch. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood . The owner was a pleasure to work with too.
