La Casa De Curia Beautiful Ocean View House
Questa bella casa si trova a 6 km a nord di Montanita sulla cima di una piccola collina che si affaccia sull'Oceano Pacifico, offre pace e relax come nessun altro, che si trova all'interno di una proprietà a conduzione familiare è molto privato e amorevolmente curato. La spiaggia, che è uno dei più belli della costa è a 5 minuti a piedi giù per la collina e ha un accesso privato. 10 minuti di auto è Montañita, un piccolo villaggio molto eclettico con un'atmosfera molto cosmopolita e molte cose da vedere e da fare, Montañita è per lo più conosciuta come una destinazione surf di classe mondiale.
Lunghe passeggiate sulla spiaggia, surf, osservazione delle balene durante i mesi estivi e tante altre attività sono possibili nella zona. La casa è in posizione perfetta per essere usato come base per esplorare la costa nord e sud. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino è a Guayaquil, che è a 2. 5 ore di macchina.

This lovely home and area was a great break for my family over Christmas. We enjoyed staying here and felt safe and taken care of for our complete stay. The views were spectacular and the sound of the ocean in the background was beautiful. We would for sure come back here again. You can’t get a better location as it is quieter but within a short driving distance of Olon and Ayampe. The beaches are long and clean and the water was so warm and inviting. We walked down to the beach daily that was only a 5 min walk. The housekeeping service that came with the house was very much appreciated. That left us more time to rest and enjoy the area. Overall a great experience.

After reading all of the previous reviews I was prepared to be wowed by our little vacation in Curia. The beach is beautiful and very clean. The town is quiet and feels safe. The house was fine. Not amazing, not spectacular (as many of the reviews suggested), but fine. It met our needs. Yes, it is stocked with adequate dishes. It was nice to have use of the washer and dryer. I did not feel that it was SUPER clean as some of the reviews claimed. When we arrived I asked for some floors to be redone and for hair to be removed from one of the showers. It felt like a rustic beach cabin with the heat, bugs, and sand/dirt that you'd expect to find. There is no A/C and we really suffered at night. Both of the bathrooms have plumbing issues which is kind of gross (one shower doesn't drain well and one toilet doesn't flush well). The rooms of the house are smaller than pictured. Yes, the personal (Bernard and Gilson) were excellent. Overall, it was a fine beach trip. I would love to give it 4 or 5 stars, but that would be a dishonest representation.
