Broad Street Townhouse

Excellent breakfast and a good location. Helpful staff

Noisy at pub closing time but appreciate there is limited options to improve.

Really homely spot, comfy bed, great breakfast and the staff were excellent 🫶

N/A. You need to be fully mobile as there are stairs involved.

The hotel was central, quirky and quite comfortable. A little worn.

We were told when we arrived that they were full and booking.com often got it wrong. No apology, a fair bit of swearing as the manager couldn't log in and we were left waiting to eventually be told our booking was ok. He did offer us a drink from the bar but a very odd welcome. There was no milk in the room but a young lad came up with some and I made him jump as I waited at the door .. he said ... you scared the cr@p out of me! 😳 the staff were not very professional apart from morning staff at breakfast.
