What’s better than one free beer? 2 free beers!
Room was exceptional, food was great, especially with 10% discount. Top marks!
Parking was a concern, but turned out ok.

The room was quite small but the bed was so comfy. The bathroom was great with a very good shower. This room was above a pub but there was no noise at all.
The Exeter had a huge dining room area and the food was well priced and my fish and chips was amazing. Service was fast and staff were amazing.
The steep steps to the rooms, no lift so disabled, elderly and frail would find the climb difficult.

Restaurant/bar on site, room service option.
Car parking on first come basis not allocated to room. Minor dislike though.

Close to the beach for a good morning walk. Close to train station.
A bit old. A bit expensive for what it was
