Hotel Pasela Living Shinjuku

Spacious room, very well equipped, friendly staff, great location.

The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast that was served at a hotel across the street. It was not bad, but a bit too far from what we are used to.

Hotel Pasela Living is the perfect choice for families visiting Tokyo. The rooms are incredibly spacious and cosy, which is a rare find in Shinjuku. We especially loved the layout, with the bathroom and toilet in separate rooms, making the space feel even larger and much more practical for families. The in room washer/dryer was extremely handy and we appreciated the thoughtful extras such as the fridge being stocked with complimentary water, juice and ice creams. Housekeeping was also impressively quick and efficient throughout our stay, there is also a karaoke machine in the room! The games room access was a fantastic bonus and provided plenty of entertainment for both children and adults. There was always something to do, making the hotel feel much more than just a place to sleep. The location is on the quieter side of Shinjuku, which we really enjoyed, while still being very convenient. There is a 7-Eleven, café and McDonald's just around the corner, making it easy to grab snacks, drinks, or a quick meal. Breakfast is served at a sister property across the road. While it was perfectly adequate and convenient, it was probably the least memorable part of the experience. That said, it certainly wouldn't stop us from staying here again. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful and overall the hotel offers very good value for money considering the space, facilities and location. Overall, I would highly recommend booking this property, particularly for families looking for a spacious, comfortable and fun place to stay in Tokyo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The only downside is the early check in policy. Even if your room is ready before the official check in time, you are required to pay an additional ¥2,000 per half hour to access it.

E' una soluzione funzionale per Tokyo. La stanza era grande ed erano a disposizione sempre tutte le aminities, bevande e gelati.

Non è una struttura definibile Hotel. Non vi è reception nè consierge per chiedere un'informazione durante il soggiorno. Mai visto personale differente da quello delle pulizie che non parla assolutamente inglese e quindi difficile anche dialogare. Qualcuno ti risponde (solo su chiamata perchè mai presente nessuno) fino alle 17, poi il nulla. La colazione è insesistente. Un angolo di corridoio dove sono appoggiati wrustel e cornetti confezionati. Tutto qui. In piedi. Assurdo. Non è una colazione questa! La pulizia non era giornaliera. Andava richiesta e non sempre la richiesta veniva esaudita. Non è una struttura che merita lode.
