Location excellent
Check in communication was awful. Despite 4-5 separate email requests for check in instructions, the same AI generated response was given. The code to the key lock box was not sent until 2:56pm. We had advised a 1pm arrival. Staff in office claimed they did not work for the same company. Check out instructions contradictory.

The location is amazingly close to the ferry, which is what we wanted. The staff was very helpful as we couldn't check in during the regular hours so they were open to us just emailing our passport details to them.
The sofa was not very comfortable as they were more boxes with matts on them. And the other chairs were very low so my mother had a hard time sitting down anywhere to relax.
