The price was good. It was the lowest price in the area
My door broke and they couldn't open the room until the next day. The room smelled like cigarette even though it was supposed to be smoke free

The room had roaches and slot of people smoking marijuana loud noises and someone stumping on the second floor all day

a variety of bugs especially in the beds. people knocking on door at 2 am. Guest services is non existent. showed up at 7 and had to basically beg to get checked in. an absolute rip off. only a few reasons why people would stay at a place like this

There was domestic fighting every night while I had to sleep for my 80 hour weeks. The staff never answered my calls to help me. The office hours are terrible. I was never able to go because of my work hours. It was the worst hotel I’ve every been too.

Convenient, located in the middle of everything, great rate for location and simple accommodations

we did not have breakfast we used the laundry room and purchased meals offsite
There could have been an iron for people who stayed for long periods of time.
Also there were cockroaches daily all over the room especially at nights.

Newly renovated room
The live in property manager that was next door to me was rude on drugs had random un trusty looking men in and out of her room. She didn’t nicely tell me I had to go smoke in designated area she rudely told me and slammed her door and the sad thing was I just watched her smoke right on front of me less than 10 ft away.

Absolutely Nothing!
They stole my money that my bank even proved they had the payment and threw my family into the cold streets while I was paid in full for a week!
