I liked the location, the cost (value), pool, staff were super friendly
The rooms are older and could use a couple more electrical outlets for phone chargers etc…The bed could be more comfortable.

This is an older motel, but is an exceptionally good value in Baker City. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and the room, while dated, was large and comfortable. The best part is that they give coupons for a free breakfast at the adjoining restaurant. The coupon includes a choice of an egg/bacon or sausage/potatoes breakfast, or biscuits and gravy, or hot cereal. The restaurant serves a wonderful breakfast, with efficient staff and great food, with lots of locals eating there - a great recommendation.
Since it's older, the floors creak (we tried to walk quietly for the sake of the people below us), and the walls are thin.

The room and restaurant met our needs without cause for complaint. We were completely satisfied with the services for the amount we paid.
The bathroom door hinges needed repair and there were scuff marks on the bottom where it seems people kicked at it. When new flooring was installed, it wasn't finished well. There was no TV .. which didn't matter to us.
Biggest complaint: I couldn't get a good cup of coffee— just cheap stuff in the lobby and restaurant.
