March 2021 Stay
From booking to checkout our process was superb. We experienced a few hiccups on our end, but the housing crew was there selflessly to accommodate our needs and tend to our issues without blinking an eye. The house was clean, in a great location, and best of all, the people were great. Management was A+! Our only suggestion would be additional kitchen items, such as a wider variety of cooking supplies and food storage options. Thank you!

House has a creepy feel even though it's brand new maybe the two locked doors in the master bathroom. We had no power or lights in one bathroom and the kitchen!

October 2021 Stay
We had a wonderful time visiting Paso wineries and this house was perfect for our party of 5. The house was clean and has a great open floor plan.
The house did not have any Kleenex and could use some larger mixing bowls for future customers use.
It was wonderful to have access to the garage, however, the remote did not work.(perhaps it needs a new battery)?
It would be helpful to have written instructions on how to use the television, however, the management company was very helpful with this detail.
The towel bar in the quest bathroom came apart when we placed a wet towel on it. This should be evaluated and possibly replaced.
Overall, we enjoyed the house very much, and would recommend to others.

Stayed here for 3 days while we did wine tasting in Paso Robles wine country! Perfect location, easy to get everywhere! House very comfortable and clean. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. New but lacking
The house is fairly new so it is in good condition. There were plenty of glasses and plates but only a few pots and pans that were in bad shape and no bowls to toss a salad or serve in. We tossed our salad in a stock pot. There were also very few cooking utensils (spoons, spatulas, etc.-several broken disposable spoons).When we went to grill on our second day the propane was completely empty and there was no backup anywhere. The reason we rented a fully equipped home was so we could cook easily and safely-especially during Covid. One of the main reasons we picked this unit was because it had a grill. It really is completely unacceptable that there was no propane-and calling someone at 6:00 pm when starting the grilled failed was not an option-too late obviously. On another note there was a "strict noise policy" at 10:00pm yet there was a band playing behind us until at least 2:00 am on Saturday night.

Very well kept home. Furnished linens and kitchen ware excellent. Bonus firepit in backyard was nice. Would come back readily.
