Went to the Cape for a wedding and since COVID never has had the whole family together for 3 years. Found the Seawillow on line and it was all and more than shown. The location was great , the cleanliness and property was superb as well as communication with the owner. It was great to sit and have meals with our sons and family as one. Overall a 5+ rating

Had a fabulous time at Steve’s house. Place was great and has many amenities. The house is close to Mayflower beach (our favorite beach on cape) and has many rooms for 12 people to sleep comfortably. Walking trails, golf courses, nearby also. I would stay here again!!

My friends and I stayed here last week and it was just perfect!! The owners were so very nice and gave lots of suggestions and info for our trip. The house is very clean, roomy and comfortable. We hope to make this a yearly trip and if so, we will definitely want to stay here again! Highly recommended!!

We had 10 people with us during our stay. The 2 bathrooms were more than adequate. The sleeping arrangement were as well. The house is gorgeous with the charm of an old cape house. Butler’s pantry with an additional sink and coffee station was on point and the extra space was useful for meal prep for 10. Plenty of dishes, seating, outdoor seating, grills and separate areas for people who wanted their own areas. Close enough to beaches, about a mile to the closest beach and 20 min to Mayflower beach. The washer and dryer were too small for anything more than incidentals, which was fine for us. We did our laundry at a place a couple blocks away. Everyone’s laundry for $20 and about an hour of our time, no problem there. Steve was great, the property was everything we thought it would be, would love to stay there again.

It was very helpful and we went to several places on the list. Very close to the events we needed to attend. The house has 7 bedrooms, multiple beds and even 2 child sized beds. We had a great stay, and can't wait to come back up to visit the Cape!

We appreciated the air conditioning on day one (95 degrees) and the fans at night (cooler 60's). The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans of all types, and we loved the separate mini-kitchen, where we stored coffee and adult drinks. We had some minor questions during the stay and Steve was extremely responsive! The house is a nice 15 minute walk to Dennis and 20 minute walk (but 5 minute ride) to several beaches. The house was stocked with books, board games, and toys. No one complained of boredom during the visit (and that was with 3 kids under 8 and 3 teenagers). We LOVED the sand pit for our kids and the outdoor shower was much appreciated. Our entire family had a blast, and we would definitely return in the future!

Place is small but laid out well, and has everything you need. We were 8 adults and 4 small kids and managed fine. The converted front porch wasnt used much -- no AC there and west facing made it too hot. That said, we have no complaints and would recommend this rental to anyone!

Perfect house for a family gathering. Lots of bedrooms and a great yard for games and cookouts.

We have been staying here for years and it never disappoints. In fact, it gets better every year and we are always looking forward to our stay. Lots of local things to do as well as great things with a short car ride. If you so choose, you can also take the fast ferry over to Nantucket. It is located 5 minutes from the house. Love love love!

Perfect home for families, and friends...little ones...something for everyone , every meal, every age! Location location location is Key! Added air conditioning was a bonus for hot days/nights... Owners Maura and Steve are very accommodating and easy to work with... And thinks of the comfort and needs of the individuals renting their beautiful home for their vacation! ❤️

This August is the 5th year OUR FAMILY has not only looked forward to spending 7 days at Seawillows on Cape Cod in West Harwich but as of today they all have now returned to their homes after another joyful, family, social and fun week.. I.E. the 6 families total 32 members whose age-range = 3 to 88 years. If we rent both the main-house and converted barn our contract limit = 18 overnights; If only the main-house, the limit = 14. Reservations works-out between the families themselves, then they up-date me (patriarch) with their reservations many weeks prior to our committed contract. The main-house is spacious (2 floors). The large kitchen provides a master refrigerator, a multi-burner gas stove, a central chopping block, a kitchen table. The pantry has a dishwasher and cabinets are in both kitchen & pantry. The Sunroom is most popular.. lengthy... so comfortable . Living room can be a quite reading or sleepy-day room . Out doors there is a grill, tables with umbrellas. My wife Jane would say "Be brief, be good, be gone"!!! No doubt my review has not been "brief" Nevertheless my words share belief. Len (patriarch) P.S. There are an infinite number of sites (beaches, golf, boating, restaurants, art museums, summer base-ball league, etcetera But I'm not the Chamber of Commerce, so PLEASE remember, "Be brief, be good, be gone" !!! We loved staying here for our family vacation. The house was very roomy and came with every amenity you can think of. We had 4 adults and 4 children and there was more than enough room for everyone. The yard is awesome for the kids to play and also to have a big family bbq (which we did often). We loved the farmhouse/ beach style of the house and it was very nostalgic of beach houses we stayed in as children. The owners were also incredibly helpful along the way. The location was great and many towns and beaches are easily accessible. Some shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. Short drive to Mayflower beach, which was perfect for the kids, short drive to awesome towns Harwichport and Chatham. The kids also loved the bumper boats and go carts nearby. We even did a day trip to Provincetown and the National Seashore and the drive wasn’t bad at all. We would definitely visit Cape Cod again for a family vacation and we’d definitely stay in this house again.

Loved our stay in this welcoming antique home with many modern updates where 3 generations of family members spent a wonderful weekend together. It is centrally located where we needed to take only short trips to local attractions. With busy schedules, this lovely home and property was well equipped, relaxing, and enjoyable for all 13 of us! Movies, games, and the best stocked kitchen for preparing meals, was appreciated. I recommend this property for extended families, just a wonderful time.

Wonderful home and yard for our large family. The place had everything we needed and more. Awesome yard for our Grandsons, 3 years, 14 months and 4 months. We can't wait to go back next year. Thank you so much, Steve and Maura

Ours was a large, multi-family, multi-generational group. We loved the shady yard, large outdoor dining area, space to set up outdoor games, little kid play area, and outdoor shower. Indoors was decorated in a pleasing pallette of colors and beach related objects. There were individual air conditioning units, a well-appointed kitchen areas with newer appliances, a great wi-fi connection, a children's playroom, large capacity washer and dryer upstairs (with soap!), a wonderful porch with a table and separate seating area, as well as a living room with a sectional and large screen tv. If you have small children, you will find a crib, toddler bed, travel crib, and a two-seater stroller available. We liked the funky layout of the upstairs; each room had its own charm and privacy. The owners couldn't have been more gracious and accomodating. I would love to stay there again.

This is a great house for a multiple families with small children. The kitchen is the best of any rental we've stayed in, the house is clean, the beds are very comfortable, and we enjoyed the home's antique charms. The neighborhood is quiet and it's an easy walk to shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a wonderful vacation home and property! Updated kitchen and bath and wonderful beachy decor! All bedrooms have great quilts, blankets and sheets! All pretty and new! Towels too! Besides the very well taken care of home, the yard is great fun too! 7 kids barely came inside! We were able to eat outside every meal! Finally the location is perfect! Many beaches very nearby, and a drive to Orleans or Wellfleet is easy! Very highly recommend this property! Steve and Maura also great to work with!

This property was a great place for our extended family of 16 to spend a week. We rented both the house and the barn to have everyone fit comfortably. We used the barn for our four teenagers to stay, since they liked to stay up late and sleep in. The yard was PERFECT! We ate outside every evening, since we were blessed with gorgeous weather all week. We set up bocci, croquet, corn hole, Frisbee, a hammock and used the moveable fire pit for making s'mores. It was my father's favorite place to be as we all gathered around and just visited. The beaches are close - we were able to walk to one, and drive to others. There is a kayak rental close by, shopping, restaurants, ice cream shops, putt putt and music played outdoors all very close within a few minutes drive. Some of us even took the ferry to Martha's Vineyard for the day. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the lack of A/C. It was my error, and I didn't realize there wouldn't be AC. My dad is almost 80 and in hot weather, it can be difficult. But as I said, we were blessed with great weather and after one or two hot days, it cooled enough and the homeowners had plenty of fans, so we hardly noticed. There is a lovely closed in porch that we also gathered in the evening to watch TV and played lots of board games, and did puzzles. The homeowners have a ton of movies, games, puzzles and books for guests to use while they are there. It's really great for families with young children. Be sure to pay attention to which beach you get an access pass from. We somehow had some of our family members get a beach pass to one beach, while others got the correct pass to closer beaches. It can cost $20 per car per day at a beach, so make sure you all get the correct pass. The owner can advise you. There are great outdoor showers when you return to the beach. The home is older, but clean and the kitchens in the main house were updated and beautiful. It came in handy to have two kitchens! Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, silverware to cook and eat with. The owners do a nice job of making you feel at home. We left a set of our keys behind (oops) and the owner was nice and sent them along once we realized it and contacted him. We found them to be nice and responsive to any questions we had throughout the week as well as before we came. They have a great book of suggestions, maps, and menus. Look for that when you first arrive. We made great memories!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We definitely liked the two kitchen areas and large stove that helped spread people and dishes out during cooking and cleanup for 12 people. The amount of bed space worked out well also. We enjoyed the beaches and ponds nearby and found a good route to take the younger kids on bikes up to the pond. Thanks for letting us use your home.

We were in need of a house for four couples for a wedding being held in Harwichport during September- when we arrived the house was in tremendous condition and was perfect for what we needed. The outdoor area was a perfect place for us to relax and unwind in between wedding events. The location is great it was close to the beach and close to town - we had a wonderful stay. Steve and his wife are amazing owners, they make sure their guests have everything they need to have a pleasant stay. I would suggest staying here to anyone with a larger group of people!

We loved our stay at this home, it was a quick trip for five couples to attend a friends wedding. The home was cozy and had plenty of space for us all to get ready and spend quality time together. This house was perfect for our mini family reunion with our 3 children, spouses, and 5 grandchildren, ages 7 and under! Everything we could want for the grandchildren was provided - double stroller, high chairs, cribs, toddler beds, playroom, toys, books, outdoor slides, and a dirt hole to dig in. This roomy house provided many areas for either solitude or family games. Plus the ample grounds were perfect for outdoor games or just sitting and watching everyone have fun. The hammock was a great hit with the kids. We were able to walk to a nice beach and convenient stores were nearby. The owners, were wonderful to deal with throughout the entire rental process. They always responded quickly to all of my endless questions via email. There was a problem with the wifi when we arrived, but they took care of that right away. It was great to actually meet this very accommodating couple. Our family will DEFINITELY rent this house again!
