Location - nice part of Chur near clock tower. Nice decor

It is located in the heart of the city, in a lovely historical building. The apartment has everything you might need for your stay. It's got a lot of personality, lots of little details that speak of the care of the owners. Comfortable beds. Easy key pick up procedure. The owners were responsive and fast.

As advertised, the bathroom is across the hallway from the apartment, 1m or so away. It was no issue for us. Check out is a bit early, 10.00 am.

Comfortable bed. Facilities were clean. Host ordered a cab in the morning for us. Good stay.

Great location. It was very easy to find with the instructions provided. Inside was very clean and comfortable enough for one night. There was plenty of space and had everything we needed.

The toilet outside the apartment was a bit inconvenient, especially when using it in the middle of the night. Need more accessible power points in the bedroom.

Ok for short stay. Close to train station

Bathroom is not within the apartment... You have to access it through the public lobby which is a little awkward and very inconvenient. Bathroom and apartment require separate keys to access and lock... So you need to bring keys with you to visit the bathroom at night. There's a little too much odd furniture and decorations to the point where they are in the way of basic functional furniture (e.g. the bedside table has no room for your possessions as it is used for decor). No easy access power outlets near the bed.

Pleasant accommodation with bathroom outside apartment but not an issue and bathroom was clean and warm. Good location about 20 mins walk from train station. Recommend Bierhalle Chur for amazing Rosti's

Good location, comfortable bed and the bathroom was nice once you were in it.

Having to wait an hour outside the apartment to receive details on how to access it. There was a funny smell in the apartment. I didn't like having to go out of the apartment to use the bathroom.

Good location at the end of the old city. Nice kitchen, full size refrigerator, and sufficient dishes/ utensils. Bathroom was very modern and the shower was phenomenal. The apartment is beautiful. The entrance from the street has a step down, and then there is small (and fast) lift to get to the apartment. The windows look out into a courtyard formed by several other houses. We were there in winter, so it was very quiet (we slept with the windows open due to unseasonably warm weather).

Bathroom is across the hall next to the stair landing. We did not run into anyone when cross the hall, and our children are old enough to lock and unlock doors. This might be tricky for someone with young children. The table for eating was small and narrow. There are a lot of nickknacks / decorations that took up floor space, or had to be moved in order to open windows. We were nervous about things getting knocked over and broken.

Fantastic location, mins from the train station. Very clean, excellent communication regards keys etc.

Mixed information re WiFi and checkout, booking saying one thing and house rules saying another. Overly decorated, felt there was no room for us or our belongings as every shelf and space had numerous ornaments on them.

Bathroom and toilet across a public hallway..that said, it was quiet and we didn't see or hear anyone else in the hall area.

Very nice flat in the centre of town especially close to a church. The place is decorated with love to detail and has everything you need to cook a meal or have breakfast in.

It was exactly what we needed for a 2 night stay, great location, really clean and a great price. Anyone reading this worried about the bathroom being outside the property - don’t worry at all. we didn’t see anyone once in the hall and it is a lovely private space.

We laughed about the bells, they are noisy but adds to the character. We had a little trouble getting in, but the people in the restaurant were great so no bother.
