We were pleased with the home. It was clean and very well equipped with all you need. The only real complaint would be the house is on the corner of a busy intersection; the traffic was really loud into the late hours of the night. We were pleased that the pool was heated but disappointed there was no gas for the grill, the pool cleaner didn’t come as expected and the trash didn’t get picked up so we had no where to put our garbage. The owner was very kind and told us not to worry about it. They supply water and beach toys which was a nice surprise! Overall I would recommend this house, just pack earplugs for sleeping.

The house was adequate. The pool was at a good temperature. My grandson enjoyed swimming in it. There were several times at night. It sounded like somebody was going to drive right into house. it was hard to sleep at night, thinking at any moment someone was going to drive into the house losing control on that street. It was a very busy street. Did not realize we did not have cable we do not stream, so it was very difficult to watch TV and relax. Windows were not made to help keep the noise out and all the windows did not have room darkening curtains. When you’re sleeping in a room, it would be nice to have it dark. For some reason the garage door was not working we had to unplug it . Having to come through the front of each time was a bit inconvenient. And the garbage was not picked up on the day it was supposed to been so we just left the garbage can out. Hopefully it got picked up. We couldn’t find the TV changer in the beginning for the living room and was told to calm down and I would find it. Once I started digging through the sticky couch, I finally found it in the couch. You stick your hands down into the couch you’re lucky if you get them back. did enjoy the pool beds are comfortable and having the washer and dryer is a huge plus. Just wish there would’ve been some laundry soap left behind to do a couple of loads of laundry. There was no dish soap to wash dishes. Nor were there any washrags to do dishes by hand. Loved the drying rack above the sink.

We really enjoyed our stay. The Host was very accommodating. Great location close to the beach and a ton of things to do in the area. Pool was amazing!

Overall great time. Only two bummers are it’s on a busy street and a little hard to sleep at night. And be careful around pool it is very slippery for little kids.

Great place, very neat and cozy. Me and my family enjoyed our weekend there, everything is within driving distance of 10 to 15 mins. Communication with property manager was great, very attentive.

Traffic is the only problem
The house is furnished nicely and the pool is heated and well kept. The host responded to any questions or issues we had! There are no complaints about host of property. It is on an extremely high traffic intersection and it’s noisy. Be aware and bring ear plugs.

Great stay
We loved our stay here! The house is very spacious, extra large bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool are is great although we ended spending most of our time at the beach. My son loved all the games in the garage. House is well stocked with towels, soap, cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon. Everything you need for a beach day! The house is on an extremely busy intersection, but we didn’t have any problems sleeping. Gustavo was great with the few questions we had.

I recommend this house 100% it was really nice clean and has everything to be comfortable on your vacations we love the pool and location close to everything we have no complaints (EXCELLENT CHOICE) Gustavo very very nice . The house was exactly as described and the pictures are real time. Gustavo was very responsive and quick to accommodate and answer. I would suggest have trashbags on site.

Great Stay
Enjoyed the house. My teens had a lot of fun. I would definitely stay again. The owner is very nice and accommodating. The house is on a busy road so you will hear the traffic but it did not interfere with the good sleep I had in the comfy beds.

Great place for families
Spacious house with large bedrooms. Has many amenities and toys for the kids! Has everything you need to keep children entertained and has everything you need to go to the beach. Only downfall is the traffic is loud as it’s off a busy intersection.

Family Vacation
Good rental. Pool is a little small and on a busy intersection but the inside is well maintained. About a 10-15 minute drive to the beaches but close to shopping areas.

Not as nice as the pictures but the owner made up for it!
When we initially pulled up to the home I was not impressed. The blinds in the front of the home were broken and the yard looked a little unkept. Upon entering the home the interior and pool area didn’t look as nice as it did in the photos. But the owner Gustavo made up for all of that! He was extremely nice and even drove an hour out of his way to bring us a fire pit! I would stay at this home again just because of how nice and sweet Gustavo is! Side note my friends and I are super picky when it comes to our accommodations.

Great space for a family
The house was perfect for our family with two teens, everyone had their own space when we got back from a long day out. It was very busy in Clearwater while we were there with it being spring break week. So the drive to the beach that we’d expected to be 15 minutes was more like 40 min. We probably should have tried one of the smaller beaches in the area. The house had absolutely everything we needed and Gustavo was so welcoming and quick to answer any questions we had. The pool was cold, but we still got in, probably hadn’t warmed up enough with it only being March. It would be perfect in the summer months with the partial shade from the house. Overall we loved it and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home, noisy neighborhood
Absolutely beautiful home with a lot of activities/games for entertainment. I appreciated the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. The house is off of a busy road, so the traffic was a little loud. Other than that, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Had a blast!
House was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Pool is great and having the laundry and dryer was imperative with 8 guests. Kids had a blast and we liked the location being so close to clearwater, tampa and dundein. Thanks again.

comfortable getaway
had a lovely and laid back friend group vacation. wonderful and responsive property managers. AC issues were our only problem but sounds like this is being addressed promptly. otherwise lovely place, drive to beach but nice and quiet neighborhood and private pool.

This was our first home to rent and it was an excellent experience! We contacted the owner about a minor thing and he responded quickly. Very well pleaded with this first experience.

We had a great time! , the house has a lot of space, it was very clean and very nice modern decoration. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, also in bathroom ( towels, soap, shampoo). Communication with the owner was very good.

Florida getaway
My husband and I went to Clearwater for Phillies Spring training! We rented this house and were very comfortable and happy with the rental. The owner and the house manager were very easy and nice to work with. We had a hiccup with the house ( there was a problem that needed fixed) and had to delay by 1 day to get in but the owner put us up in a nice hotel and paid for the expenses. The Master bed was soooooo comfy! lots of room and a great rental.. We would not hesitate to rent again ! I had t4exted the owner a few times and every single time, he answered me within 10-15 minutes.. Very attentive and caring .. Thanks again for a great stay! Karen and Dean Sheaffer

The house was clean and well appointed. The yard could use a little work. It was close to the beach and ball parks. Lots of great restaurants nearby. The owner was very good at getting back to us when we had questions. I would stay here again.

Visit to Tampa area for our wedding on the beach. Home is well maintained, nicely decorated, large supply of towels, blankets provided. Comfy sofa with TV viewing area / open to kitchen. Uber rides were readily available. Host responded quickly to inquiries.

The house is nice and clean. Enjoyed our stay. We loved that is like 15 minutes away from beach, Walmart, Publix and restaurants.

We had a very nice stay in this home. The owner is a very nice man and takes care of any issues you may have promptly. The house was clean and just as represented. I found the owner to be much better to deal with than the property manager. Thank you for renting out your home to us for our time there.

Perfect for families!!
House was clean and beautiful! Had everything we needed and more! Looked just like the pictures! Pool was great for kids! Layout was perfect for multiples guests. We wouldn't have changed a thing. Would definitely stay here again!
