Our house is located in Villaggio Flor de Pacifico Sueno al Mar, 1h from Liberia and 4h from San Jose. The Residence has safeguarded. In the Residence on November 2024 there will be a new mini market, bakery and Italian restaurant.
There are gardens and swimming pool. Close to the village there is Potrero town, italian, sushi, american and tipycal restaurants. Moreover there are some beautiful beaches as Playa Penca, Potrero, Prieta, Flamingo, Conchal, ect.
Two bedrooms with their own bathroom, kitchen totally furnished and nice patio with sofa, table, chairs to have breakfast and meals outside and hammock to relax looking the garden.
There is a swimming pool available only for the guests of the residence.
We don't live in Potrero but our manager Johanna will be available to welcome guest and for any support. Bed lines and towels come with the unit, however laundry service carries extra costs and can be arranged with the manager for a nominal fee.
The house comes complete with all kitchen essentials.
The tv is a SMART TV Samsung 50 inch and sound bar (NO CABLE TV).
Smoking is permitted outside. Please leave everything the way you found it and leave the kitchen clean. Leave the electronic safe opened your last day.
If you love friendly and kindly people, quiet, nature, relax, beaches, sunset this is your place. Potrero is closed to the village where you can find markets and several restaurants.
Playa Penca and Playa Potrero are achievable by walk. Playa Flamingo and Playa Conchal by car. If you love adventure you could organize a Canopy tour or going to Sailing center in Potrero to rent boats, kayaks, and other water equipment for all levels of experience. You'll feel supported and confident all the way. San Josè is distant 4 hours.
