Grande nuova casa con ripiani in granito, pavimenti in piastrelle di legno, armadi personalizzati, vernice fresca, nuovo tappeto e uno splendido paesaggio. La casa dispone di un open space con molti posti a sedere. 3 camere da letto con 2 letti queen size e una camera matrimoniale con un letto king size. Cortile è paesaggistico con vasca idromassaggio, barbecue, prato sintetico e patio tavolo e sedie. Privacy e appartata e tranquilla. 2 isolati da un grande parco, uscire a piste da corsa, piste ciclabili e paesaggi del New Mexico. Balloon Fiesta Park si trova a 3 miglia di distanza. Santa Fe è a 45 minuti dalla porta del centro. Nice place, quiet area, low traffic but close to shopping.

The unit was nice and the location was ideal. When we arrived, there were notices stuck in the front door and slider from a pest control company stating they had done a treatment ten days prior. There were live and dead roaches in the living room and on the back patio, so between that and the pest control notices, it did not appear that anyone had recently visited the unit to ensure it was clean. We also saw live roaches each day that had to be killed, so we'd recommend more intensive pest control so that other guests do not need to deal with that. On the day we arrived, we photographed small areas of damage on walls, blinds and living room furniture and texted that information to the property manager to ensure we would not be held responsible - we received no reply.

Our stay here was filled with pros and cons. Let me start with the good.
Location: 10-15 minutes to attractions (balloon fiesta park, zoo/aquarium, science center, tramway). Grocery stores, coffee and food right up the street. Quiet neighborhood
Kitchen: well equipped with coffee maker/keurig, dishes, silverware, etc.
Backyard: great little fenced in space for the kid to run around and of course the hot tub which was perfect for those cooler rainy nights
Unfortunately with this property came some downfalls. The first was the host communication, its non existent. There was no instructions for the fireplace and when we asked the owner we got no response. Second is the cleaning, it’s definitely lacking. Our feet would turn black after walking on the floors barefoot, dirty dishes, hairs in the sheets and kitchen drawers. Every time we wanted to make food we had to wash our dishes before cooking, they weren’t all cleaned (coffee grinds left in a coffee cup). Lastly it seemed like it lacked pride of ownership (broken toilet in spare bathroom, broken blinds, holes in the wall, no master bathroom trash can, etc).
So knocked off 2 stars, one for the communication and one for the cleanliness.

The property has a number of nice amenities. They're was damage to walls before our arrival (we took pictures to document), and the roof leaked during rain storms. I tried to communicate with the PM but he/she never responded to my multiple texts. Overall, a nice place to stay. Exactly what I needed. A family home away from home with all the comforts of home.

Wonderful home- clean and spacious in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. House was well equipped and spacious for 6 adults. The hot tub was glorious and the back porch really nice. Highly recommend!!

Great Spot
This spot has everything you need. We were able to cook and bake. The backyard and jaccuzi were also nice. The master bath was chefs kiss!

Excellent place to stay for an Albuquerque visit
Property was clean and spacious. It was perfect for my family on our trip to Albuquerque. The neighborhood was quiet and easy access all over the city. The backyard was a nice bonus with the hot tub and private space.

This comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is very conveniently located. Beautiful walk up Bear Canyon only a few blocks away.

We had an easy time at this property. Top ratings for cleanliness and location. The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped, and placing trashcans in the bathroom would be a good touch. It felt like a “bachelor pad.” This suited the 3 guys in our party well. I’m a picky mom.

The house was perfectly spotless as soon as we walked in. There were ample amenities in the kitchen, and we were able to prepare plenty of meals.
The hot tub was amazing, and the soaking tub was such a great bonus.
The area of town is centrally located, and the neighborhood and yard felt safe!

The house was perfectly spotless as soon as we walked in. There were ample amenities in the kitchen, and we were able to prepare plenty of meals.
The hot tub was amazing, and the soaking tub was such a great bonus.
The area of town is centrally located, and the neighborhood and yard felt safe!

We were mostly downtown but the drive was a quick and easy one. Rooms are simple and clean and bathrooms are nice. Master bathroom is especially nice. AC works well which was very important to me. Jacuzzi in the back is an added bonus and back patio and yard are small but nice. Kitchen was well equipped which is not always the case, but had more than any house I have rented and I rent a lot. Watch out for the bathroom sink faucets. Recommend not turning them on full blast as the water may go over the edge of the sink.

We booked this place to be able to visit with family in Albuquerque with our two young toddlers and puppy. It was perfect! Kitchen stocked, clean house, great location. Parking is ample and neighborhood is nice.

My wife, friends and myself came to check out Albuquerque for the first time. The place was everything we wanted and more. Great location. Very homey feel. Plus jacuzzi and bbq pit were awesome bonuses. Beautiful master bathroom
