Luxury Loft with Grand Canal view
Beautiful Loft at Lista Di Spagna in the heart of Strada Nova, which from Piazzale Roma and Train Station leads to the Mercerie, Rialto and San Marco. In a very convenient area to reach all attractions and ideal location for your stay in Venice. The apartment has recently been completely renovated using materials of exceptional quality and is equipped with every comfort (free WI-FI,TV,ecc). It's on the third floor of elegant Venetian building, without elevator and a view on the Grand Canal that is priceless.
This comfortable apartment, about 50 sqm, with a luxury finishing is composed of a beautiful living area with high ceiling with exposed beams and a view on the Grand Canal, the fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and a comfortable dining area. The master bedroom also has a view on the Grand Canal and parquet floor as the rest of the apartment. The bathroom is in a marble with a shower (hairdryer, soap and towels are provided). The furniture is a beautiful mix of traditional and antique pieces like a '700 writing desk and a modern comfort.
The house is located in the area of, the Lista di Spagna, in the Sestiere of Cannaregio, one of the most wanted areas. It's only 1 minute walk from the Railway Station and 5 minutes walk from the car terminal Piazzale Roma, point of access to the city for private cars. All the public transport lines (vaporetti) depart from Piazzale Roma and the Railway Station, with which you can reach the main attractions of the city and the islands of the Venetian Lagoon.
This area is very well served (a short distance away from supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, but also numerous local bars and restaurants). Characteristic and typically Venetian neighborhood. The house is strategically located, about twenty minutes walk from Rialto.

Everything from check-in to check-out was seemless and easy to manage. The best thing about this place was the location. We arrived by train and the location is a very short walk from the station. While the location is in a very busy place, the sound insulation is exceptional and we had very restful sleep. Open the windows in the mornings and you are immersed in the sounds of Venice. The only struggle people may have, especially if you have some luggage, is that there are a few flights of stairs to navigate - but this has nothing to do with this place in particular and is true for most residences in Venice which have multiple floors. This effort on arriving is well worth the comfort and magic that this loft holds, and we would return to this location in a heartbeat.In this location you are right in the middle of shops (including grocery stores) and restaurants, and it provides a great base for wandering through the streets of Venice and see the main sites as well as some lesser-known, but surprisingly impressive places.Very special thanks to the host, Elena, who provided all of the information we required and was very prompt with her responses to our questions. We loved it, and hope to be back some day!

A great location and views. The description of the property as “luxury” and renovated is a bold overstatement. The furniture is worn out and old and simple conveniences like side tables or a coffee table are absent. Understandably, you’re not in Venice to spend the time in your rental but these small additions would greatly improve the experience.
