Questo grazioso bungalow in mattoni e selce che si trova nel delizioso terreno di una casa privata è a pochi passi dal lungomare e dal centro di Sheringham. Un'ottima base per esplorare Norfolk. Piano terra: porta in veranda, che porta in: Cucina: con cucina elettrica, frigorifero, forno a microonde e porta a: Lounge: con TV, lettore DVD e tavolo da pranzo. Camera da letto doppia. Bagno familiare: con vasca, lavabo e WC.

We enjoyed staying a second time in this little annex. Very quiet, and an interesting and varied choice of books. Thank you!

This was our sixth visit to The Flints in three years so we must like it there. One or two areas for improvement though. The bath is rather deep , especially for older people, so a walk in shower would be of great benefit. Also the easy chairs in the lounge are uncomfortable and need replacing. Lastly the premises would benefit from wifi. Despite these comments we are looking forward to returning next year.

First time we have stayed here nice place great location with parking we thought the property was a bit dusty and could do with a bit of updating especially in the bathroom which only has a very deep bath and no shower we knew this before we booked would not suit anybody with mobility problems. You have to take your own bedding and towels which we did but there was no tea towels or oven gloves in the kitchen or a bath mat in the bathroom. These are minor points and would definitely book again.

We have stayed at the Flints for a number of years and have always loved it for it's location and it works for our needs. however this year they had redone various elements of the property such as the floors and new curtains and lampshades etc. The new floor was fine but it is a shame to not have carpet in the living room anymore as it makes the room feel much less comfortable. I would also say the decor is now slightly at odds with each other and doesn't seem to have been entirely thought through. It would also be much nicer to have one comfortable sofa instead of 2 armchairs but I realise these things are personal preference. It is a very well placed property and the garden is lovely but for the size it seems very expensive and
