The view, the food, the customer service. Concierge team gave us the absolute best care .. after my daughter & I checked out, we were missing the ease of the property. We realized the concierge team took very good care of us and perhaps why the hotel is a well deserved number 1 in the Caribbean

The staff absolutely make this hotel outstanding, they are exceptionally polite, engaging and attentive.
The concierge is very responsive and the little presents in the room on our arrival were most welcomed, especially that hat!!

Excellent location , the service is above and beyond from the lobby staff to the valet.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They tailored everything to my needs and expectations.
