Alloggiando nell'Unità 4007 all'Islander puoi davvero ammirare le viste e i suoni della nostra Costa Smeralda da questo patio privato. Alzati per goderti l'alba almeno una volta per sperimentare le arance, i rosa, i rossi, ti toglierà assolutamente il respiro. Il tuo patio al quarto piano è perfetto per caffè, tè e drink alle 5:00. Essere in grado di tenere il passo con tutti i membri del gruppo quando si rimane nel 4007 in quanto si è a vista della zona della piscina. Goditi gli elettrodomestici INOX in cucina quando vuoi divertirti in una notte e cucinare qualcosa di speciale. Un enorme vantaggio di affittare una casa per le vacanze, puoi risparmiare sui pasti ma concediti VISUALIZZAZIONI! Anche lo chef può godere della vista durante la preparazione dei pasti. 4007 sarà fornito con tutte le pentole, pentole e padelle di base, nonché tazze e posate. Tutti gli elettrodomestici di cui hai bisogno sono aperti a te. DUE LETTI RE in questo condominio e la disposizione a due letti / bagno lo rendono perfetto per due coppie. Our experienced was so great! My only complaint was that the slider door was very difficult to open and close to the balcony and the cable it working half way through our trip. I know the cable situation sounds silly because you’re on vacation but we had small kids who wanted to watch tv and could not.

Visited FWB for a 2023 dance competition and picked this location because of proximity to Convention Center. It was great! The beach and water were fabulous! Kenny and the beach chairs were definitely a plus! The pool was clean and pool area was clean as well. The hours for the fitness center have a little to be desired...it is only open during business hours 9-5 and we are early risers and start the day with activity...not able to use the fitness center because it was only open during “Prime” beach time or while we needed to be at convention center. As for unit 4007, great unit! If I were to be nit-picky...the trash cans under sink need the mechanism secured so trash can don’t fall out every time you use the trash cans...I ended up pulling one out and sitting it in the kitchen. The paint (or wrap) on cabinets is peeling. If you are visiting and like the room cold, this place is for you, but if you like several blankets...you need to bring your own.

The condo was clean and had a wonderful view. The staff was friendly and the included beach chairs were comfortable. The only complaint is we went in April and the pool heater had already been turned off so the water was cold, but other than that a great place to stay. Would stay there again

With 4 adults there was not enough towels. We had to call main office but was given some pretty quickly. Also with there being 4 of us, we could ot sit together on the beach as we were only allowed 2 chairs without a fee.

Overall, a disappointment. The photos looked nice and the location is great. But the place is old. This was evident when we showed up by the exterior looks and the smell of the unit (like ingrained smoke from decades past). I seriously question the cleaning of the unit since there was hair on the couch and pills spilled on the bedroom floor. There’s also deferred maintenance even though this unit looked updated in photos. The A/C vent and fridge both had a lot of rust on the front and the kitchen cabinet was broken with paint stripped off. Unit and fees are pricey so we simply expected more. Left early and stayed at a different property.

This unit was decorated beautifully and everything was so clean. The location on the beach was amazing. The complex was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. They cleaned all of the common areas every morning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The unit was nicely updated amd had everything we needed. Only complaint would be that the beds are super firm. The location is on the quiet side and away fromnthe traffic but still close enough to the stores and eateries. Would go back again for sure.The fire alarm went off one night in the middle of the night so that was fun evacuating a whole building with a baby : )

This is easily one of the cleanest places we have stayed since we started coming to Okaloosa Island to vacation over 10 years ago. Everything was as shown in the pictures and the location is great.

This condo was as depicted in pictures. The beds including the pull out couch were HARD. IF YOU LOVE A HARD UNCOMFORTABLE MATTRESS THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. On our second day of the stay the elevators quit working and they did not attempt to repair until the following day! 4th floor steps, a dark barely lit stairwell and a constant pressure washing of sand from the floors made for hazardous steps. The elevators were iffy all week. The beach boardwalk from the property was closed the entire week, which meant entering at the public beach entries on each end of the property. A long inconvenient walk especially for older people. The boardwalk will not be repaired until the last of May! I would never book this condo or any condo on this property, nor would I book with the company Brooks and Shorey again. I have visited FWB/DESTIN multiple times a year since 1998. Worst experience I've experienced with a property. The weather and the sand beautiful as always. New mattresses would improve the condo immensely.

Great Condo, great location
This is easily one of the cleanest places we have stayed since we started coming to Okaloosa Island to vacation over 10 years ago. Everything was as shown in the pictures and the location is great.

There is no point in traveling to the gulf if the gulf is un-available. This is not a complaint for the unit but for the area overall.
We would definitely rent this unit again, would just prepare ourselves for the potential of no Gulf access.

My family and I had a wonderful time on our trip with you all! Perfect location, near great food, and very nice accommodations. Our only complaint is the boardwalk was out of commission for 5/7 days of our trip. It was inconvenient that it stayed closed for such a long time.
