Un luminoso appartamento fronte oceano al 100% situato proprio vicino a Miami Beach. L'area è molto richiesta a causa del fatto che la terra è solo una piccola striscia tra l'Oceano Atlantico e Indian Creek. Banchine e spiaggia a pochi passi dal sito. Si trova tra l'oceano sul lato est e la inter-costiera di Biscayne Bay a ovest.
In questa unità speciale, vista orientata a est, si può godere di una splendida vista sull'oceano aperto, spiagge e città. Tutti i mobili sono aggiornati. A breve distanza in auto dal supermercato Publix, dai ristoranti importanti e da Lincoln Rd. Inoltre a pochi minuti dai negozi di Bal Harbour e dal centro commerciale Aventura.
Il nostro appartamento ha 2 camere da letto con 2 bagni, asciugamani, lenzuola, wifi, sicurezza, piscina riscaldata, palestra, servizio di reception e parcheggio.

Our family enjoyed the location of this property. Easy access to the beach and outside pool. Close location, about 10 minuts drive, to stores.

Let me start by saying that this place is the perfect location for someone looking for a quiet and not to crowded place, this is more like a private beach in mid beach Miami, the condo is perfect, the amazing views from the balcony are breath taking, the condo has everything you need from kitchen utensils, to beach umbrella, staff was very friendly and professional at all times, they explained everything during check-in, remember is a condo complex so there's some fees to pay, there are plenty of restaurants to order food from if you don’t feel like cooking, but there is a Publix grocery store 10 minutes walk from the building, if you are looking for relaxation and quiet time this is the place!

Great location right on the beach with a breathtaking view. Host is very communicative and the apartment was clean. Will stay there again.

First, the condominium this condo is in is one of our favorites. So this review is not about them. There are a few things people need to know before they stay in this apartment. There are some items I would deem as essential that the place does not have. For example, kitchen items such as mixing bowls, oven mitts, hand towels, etc. I also was upset because we paid very good money for this place and there was not a nice vacuum, mop, or broom. Considering what we paid, I would think most of these things would be provided. Lastly, the companies communication was very poor in my opinion. The refrigerator went out and it took a whole day for a person to answer our message in regard to this and four days for a new refrigerator. Most of our food went bad. Also, one of the smoke detectors needed a new battery. We were told someone would come that morning. They never came. Apparently they came in the afternoon, however we were never told that someone would be coming at that time and we had to purchase the battery ourselves. We also texted in regard to maybe being compensated for some of the groceries we lost (since they knew the refrigerator was having issues before we even arrived) and the battery for the smoke detector. We never heard back from them. Overall, for spending as much money as we did to stay here we truly expected more. Again, the building itself is a wonderful stay, just disappointed in the apartment and the lack of communication.
