Do you want to spend an unforgettable vacation in Sardinia, wake up in the morning w/a breathtaking view on the Tavolara Island, enjoy wonderful white sand beaches and relax in a private garden under the cover of a colorful patio umbrellas? This is the place!
For your dream vacation, we rent an enchanting villa w/2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, outdoor living area & shower, private garden, terrace, BBQ and unique sea view. All rooms are beautifully appointed & equipped w/air conditioning & wi-fi.
DEPOSIT & ON REQUEST SERVICES
Not included in rental and to be paid on the spot:
• Towels & bed sheets: €25/week per person (or per change)
• Travel crib & high chair: €30/week
• Air conditioning: €50/week
• Sun umbrella: €20/week
• €250 deposit will be collected at the beginning of the stay and released before departure
THE SPACE
The villa has a wonderful view on Tavolara Island being located on Monte Contros hill, in the middle of the marine protected area of Tavolara - Punta Coda Cavallo. Built on two levels, it is surrounded by a spacious terrace and a private garden with plants and flowers.
The Upper Level includes:
1. Panoramic Terrace - w/outdoor sofas, 6 seater dining table under a colorful patio, sun deck w/shade sail cover, BBQ station & outdoor shower
2. Spacious Living Room - w/wooden dining table, 3-seat sofa bed, 52-inch TV w/domestic & international channels, and large cabinet w/dinnerware & glassware sets
3. Modern Kitchen - w/professional appliances, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee machine, blender, oven, and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal
4. Bathroom - w/walk-in shower, hairdryer and towels (on request)
The Lower Level includes:
1. Master Bedroom - w/king size bed, bunk bed and 2 wardrobes
2. Second Bedroom - w/king size bed and large wardrobe
3. Bathroom - w/walk-in shower, hairdryer and towels (on request)
4. Laundry Room - equipped with a washing machine
5. Private Garden - w/2 sun loungers and a large sun umbrella

Die besten Punkte: fantastische Aussicht zur Isola Tavolara, professionelle Organisation/CheckIn/Problemlösung durch Paolo & Roberta, Parkplatz am Haus, Aussendusche, Grill.
Zu verbessern: sehr unbequeme (!) Terrassenstühle, Türe Geschirrspüler verzogen, zu enge Duschen, Müllentsorgung (man muss den Stinkemüll selbst zur Sammelstation fahren).

La casa è stata di nostro gusto sin da subito. Ampia, spaziosa e con una vista eccezionale tanto da ipnotizzarti ogni giorno mentre fai colazione, pranzo o cena dal patio che guarda sull'isola di Tavolata. In macchina poi 10 minuti e sei a Porto San Paolo e in tutte le spiagge più vicine. Massimiliano l'host è gentilissimo e premuroso. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti da due professionisti dell'host service, Paolo e Roberta. Un'esperienza unica da rifare quanto prima. Raffaele Chiodin e famiglia

La villa è davvero fantastica, sia per la posizione sia per com'è strutturata. La vista dalla villa è mozzafiato, in più è possibile ammirare il panorama non solo dal giardino ma anche dall'interno della casa. I dettagli sono ricercati e l'arredamento della villa è praticamente nuovissimo e ben tenuto. Inoltre la casa ha un bellissimo giardino, con alcune camere che affacciano direttamente sullo stesso. Massimiliano è stato un host gentile e disponibile, ci ha anche dato la possibilità di fare il check-in nel tardo pomeriggio. In definitiva raccomando tantissimo questa villa per trascorrere alcuni giorni in una delle località turistiche più bella della Sardegna.

-Car necessary
-Information left in accommodation about refuse disposal would have saved me time and angst, the area refuse was to be left in was a walk away and the floor littered with broken glass and we were texted ++ requesting we emptied bins
-Bed linen was limited left one double and one single in accommodation with 2 double beds and bunks we were 2 adults who were not in a relationship
- a bottle of wine was left one day, I would have appreciated some soap / hand wash available on arrival to wash hands
