Perfect location, walkable to all the main areas.

Clean and tidy and very well situated in the downtown area. The kitchen was not the best equipped - I think it would be difficult to cook a meal there if you needed to, but we were only there overnight, so it suited our purposes just fine.

This is an upstairs apartment. Just be prepared. Also, the directions the host sends you is very important for parking and accessing the property. We had a little difficulty finding the apartment. That being said, it worked out great for our family of seven.

The unit is comfortable and clean. The location is exceptional - a short walk to the center of everything in Galway. The view of the harbor is very cool. The neighborhood is quiet. We were on a tour of Ireland and had baggage. There are three flights of stairs to enter the first floor. Both bathrooms and two of the bedrooms are an additional flight up. That would have been a deal breaker for us had it been explained in the listing. I believe they have recently updated the listing to explain the stairs. This is a perfect place if you are traveling light and don't mind climbing the stairs. Everything else about it was great.
