The apartment was comfortable and well equiped and the staff very helpful

Nothing

Has everything you need plus a lot of space. Being able to use an online portal to open the doors for the apartment and building was cool, never had to learn the door code. Really liked having an elevator. Most of all, I was impressed with the comfort of the bed, the pillows and mattress were very comfortable. The mattress was soft and squishy in a good way. The balcony provided a great view, and the blackout metal awnings were great for blocking sunlight, and the kitchen had all we needed. The location was good, it was just as pictured, and the AC is ice cold! A lot of great places to eat nearby, we really liked Pomme.

The internet was literally unusable until I rebooted the router. That seemed to fix it. So, problem solved. The microwave is a bit funky to operate. The hot water heater is small and you get 10 minutes of hot water, maybe 15 if you keep it medium. Not as much as we're used to, but adequate! Hand towel in the bathroom would be suggested

Convenient location, clean, decent size apartment.

The property was in a good location. Entry was easy once I was provided with the link. Nice to have a well equipped kitchen and a hair dryer and straightener. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

I was uncomfortable providing passport information and photos. The light kept going off in the stairwell so you were stuck in the dark. We could hear the noise of the neighbours tv through the bedroom wall until around 2 in the morning. The place is looking a bit tired. I thought it was overpriced for the condition.
