Resort Casita in the Boulders -- gorgeous views of both the sunrise and sunset!
Situata in una strada tranquilla nel Boulders Golf Resort, questa casita con 2 camere da letto può ospitare 6 persone con l'uso del divano letto matrimoniale nella grande sala (letto matrimoniale nella camera principale; 2 letti singoli nella camera degli ospiti). Il design della casa offre privacy in molti modi: un cortile murato nella parte anteriore, la camera matrimoniale e la camera degli ospiti sono separate dalla grande sala che funge da area di raccolta per la casa. C'è una TV a parete nella camera da letto principale e un'altra TV indipendente nella grande sala. La camera ha 2 letti singoli e il proprio bagno con vasca / doccia e cabina armadio. La grande sala è completamente arredata e comprende il divano letto. C'è un tavolo da pranzo e sedie nella parte anteriore destra della casa e una cucina completamente attrezzata. La grande sala (compresa la zona pranzo e la cucina sono piastrellate; entrambe le camere sono in moquette.
La Casita è completamente arredata, completa di stoviglie, pentole e biancheria ed è pronta per la fuga del resort.
C'è un patio sul retro della casa con un tavolo e sedie e il cortile anteriore è attrezzato con grill e tavolo da pranzo con 6 sedie. Mentre non c'è piscina, c'è l'accesso alle piscine del quartiere e alla piscina del resort dal golf / tennis club; non è presente una sala fitness, ma è possibile accedere nuovamente se l'ospite desidera pagare in aggiunta per la sala fitness della spa; non c'è un sistema audio nella casita ma c'è una radio Bose. C'è un garage per 2 auto e il garage è incaricato dall'associazione.

We enjoyed our stay at the Casita at the Boulders. The location was great and our doggies really enjoyed the enclosed courtyard. A word of caution to those traveling with doggies - watch out for the Teddybear Chollas - they can attach themselves pretty easily. The property itself is older but well maintained. The master bathroom has been updated and the shower was very nice. My husband was happy that there was a desk in the master bedroom since he was working a bit most days. The Boulders is an older property overall, but it is also well maintained. I do wish that there had been more walking/biking paths within the community - we always had to walk on the roads. The location was close to restaurants in Carefree/Cave Creek, mountain biking at the Pima Dynamite Trailhead, hiking at Pinnacle Peak and Tom Thumb as well as numerous golf courses.

Terrific property in a prime location! Quiet community, but within a very short drive to restaurants, entertainment, etc.

The home was a lovely and a very comfortable choice and the location was fabulous as it offered many ammenties in a close proximity and met all of our needs. The owners of the property were terrific, very kind and most helpful in a prompt manner when we experienced internet service challenges. They were wonderful in their attempts to find solutions to the unexpected issue and very attentive to us as their visitors in any way needed. I strongly recommend this property to anyone and again the owners were kind, attentive, thoughful and our stay was enjoyable. The golf course setting was beautiful and the boulders surrounding the area made the location and the sunsets wonderful to preview. Great place to relax and enjoy.Thank you Suzanne, thank you very much!
