Tout était parfait depuis notre accueil à l’arrivée jusqu’à notre départ. L’hôtel est très sympa, très réactif et force de proposition pour un séjour à Metz.

Die Lage im Zentrum ist optimal. Man kann alle Sehenwürdigkeiten zu Fuß erkunden. Sie hat eine angenehme Größe, war sauber und gepflegt. Über die vorhandenen Kaffee Pads mit Maschinen haben wir uns gefreut und sie genutzt. Phillip hat uns Adressen und einen Stadtplan gegeben.
Wir haben eine Teekanne gesucht.
2 Decken pro Bett wären angenehm gewesen.

Excellent location, cozy interior, well-equipped home.
I had already indicated that we wanted to relax separately, but the bed in the living room was not ready.
When returning the key and settling the deposit in cash, it turned out that the host would deduct €15 from the money for the use of the second bed, which had been requested long ago, even though he had not mentioned anything about it before.
The biggest problem was that the four windows opening onto the pedestrian street provided almost no insulation, and unfortunately, all the noise could be heard inside. In the bedroom, the sewer and water pipes were so loud in the wall that it was impossible to sleep properly there either.
