Great location, nice breakfast, good bathroom
Smoke sensor flashed all night. Hard to ignore so I had a poor night’s sleep

Great locations, a 12 minute walk from the rail station, and in the heart of the historic centre close
to the cathedral. Despite being on a square busy with people at night, the room was on an internal courtyard and so insulated from the noise. There was efficient climate control in the room if needed. Breakfast was absolutely fine. Good sized bathroom with almost instant hot water.
Bizarrely the double room only had a fixed bedside lamp on one side of the bed and nothing on the other side. There were some biscuit crumbs on the floor when we first went into the room but otherwise very clean. Breakfast only a available from 7.30 which meant that although we had paid for it, nothing at all was available when we had to catch the 8 am bus back to the airport
.

A beautifully maintained property overlooking a busy square and close to the cathedral. A great place to stay multiple nights.
Oveido is a little expensive for a Pilgrims budget, but location premium is worth the extra money.
