An entire apartment of 140mq² with a Venetian style decor and an amazing view of St. Marks square tower and the laguna. Situated on the 4th floor, the apartment has 2 floors with 3 bedrooms and also 2 bathrooms. It has a spacious living area with a beautiful view of a venetian canal where gondolas pass all day and a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. Every room in the apartment has AIR CONDITIONING. Last but not least the apartment has FREE WIFI.
The apartment is situated 2 minutes from St Marks square (300 m from the apartment).
From the living room and bedroom you can see gondolas passing on the main canal.
1 minute from Harry's bar where you can try their famous Bellini.
1 minute from the main shopping streets in Venice.
Situated beside restaurants, bars and tourist attractions.
The apartment is well connected to the airport and train station. The waterbus station is a 2 minute walk from the apt.

The property was clean. The host was amazing. Helped us with transportation from the airport. I would highly recommend as a location was great near all the sites that you’d want to see.

Our family of 5 loved our stay in Venice and a big part of that was our place and terrific host. Dimitri was quick to reply to any questions before and after our arrival. He provided a map with many suggestions for restaurants and our time in Venice. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. Our apartment was full of character, comfortable, very tastefully renovated, spacious and in a great location. It was the best place we stayed in over a 5 week trip. We only wished we booked it for longer than 2 nights. Wed highly recommend this apartment!
