L'ADDA Beach House si trova nello splendido quartiere di Frangista Beach, che è perfettamente situato tra Silver Sands Premium Outlets (2 miglia) e Destin Commons (4 miglia). Questa è una casa nuova che si trova vicino a ristoranti e negozi. Questo splendido 5 camere da letto e 5 bagni a casa, con pavimenti e infissi aggiornati, può ospitare comodamente 16 persone. È dotato di un cortile privato con piscina e lettini per godersi il sole della Florida. A soli 5 minuti a piedi dall'accesso alla spiaggia privata dove si può godere della famosa spiaggia di sabbia bianca della Costa Smeralda.
L'area principale al piano inferiore è completamente aperta, l'ideale per ospitare una grande riunione di famiglia per cucinare, mangiare, guardare la TV o semplicemente passare del tempo insieme. Seduto sul divano di grandi dimensioni nella zona giorno, puoi guardare attraverso le enormi porte doppie francesi e vedere la piscina nel cortile. La cucina a vista ha ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e armadi e cassetti con chiusura soft. Oltre a un angolo letto a castello con un divano letto doppio estraibile, c'è una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale al primo piano. Uno dei cinque bagni della casa è al piano di sotto.
Il secondo piano tutto in legno ha quattro camere da letto, ognuna con il proprio bagno privato. Le due camere da letto anteriori hanno un balcone che si affaccia sul cortile con una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e l'altra con un letto matrimoniale. La terza camera da letto al piano superiore ha un letto matrimoniale. La quarta camera da letto, che ha 2 letti a castello, è perfetta per i bambini.

The cleaning crew did not do a very good job. The oven top was caked with grease not cleaned well! Other than that no other complaints

Had a great time staying here in Miramar Beach! Very spacious for our large group of 6 adults and 5 teens. We’ll stocked and appointed kitchen. Short walk to the beach. Good access to all the fun stuff on the east side of Destin. Great communication with our host. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time staying at this property. This is our third time staying in Miramar Beach over the past three years and this was the best property we've stayed in so far. The first floor had a great layout and was very spacious. The four bedrooms we great for our family (7 adults and 1 child).
The weather didn't cooperate most of the week with mostly single red or double red flags at the beach. After a morning at the beach we would walk back to the house and hang out by the pool. It was small (8'x12') but perfect for our family to hang out in and our three year old to swim all around.
The beds were quite firm, but we have found that most of them are when staying in Miramar and we expect that. The one draw back was the beach entrance was off Holiday St. rather than Miami St., which added a few more minutes of walking. Then the chairs were set up based on the house location so we would have to walk back down the beach to the Miami entrance. We worked it out with the chair guys to move the chairs for us during the stay, but it was interesting that the entrance was not off the same street that the house was one.
The owner was very responsive and easy to work with.
Over all a great house, great location, and a great experience.

Clean, not a far walk to the beach. Plenty of space for our group. Bunks a little wobbly. Definitely would rent again.

Beach Vacation
The house was very clean and updated. We enjoyed staying at this house. It was in a nice neighborhood. The only two things I would mention is that the pool is very small and cold and the walk to the beach wasn't the best. Overall, the house was very nice and it accommodated a large group of family and friends with small children included.

Frangista Beach accommodations worked out well for our family of 14. There was plenty of space and the five bathrooms was a real plus. There was plenty of parking space for our four cars. The location was close enough to the beach. The house could use some updating. The furniture is getting a little "used". The kitchen could use some more/updated pots, pans, cooking and serving utensils, plates, and glasses.

Long Weekend Beach Stay
This property is a 10/10. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice. We had a group of 15, and there was more than enough space for us to all sleep comfortably. It was such a pretty house in a prime location. I can’t recommend this property enough. We were so close to the beach and all the hot restaurants. This place is a steal, and you will not be disappointed. Not to mention Heather is very kind and easy to work with!

House is nice and in good condition. Definitely needed more attention on the cleaning. The other pull out bed had not been cleaned crumbs left under cushions. Location is great quiet neighborhood but the walk to the beach is pretty far considering everything you take with you. I had some issues with appliances dryer didn’t dry. Washer put black oil marks on clothes. Upstairs master bedroom had draining issues. Fridge never got cold. Some of the light fixtures needed new bulbs that were out. Owner was always available for any issues.

Would stay here again, but minor improvements would make this 5 stars
Let me be clear, the negatives would not stop me from renting this property again. But for the cost, house should have been pristine. Pros:
+ The property is in good working order, with very few blemishes.
+ Bedrooms were spacious. Bathrooms looked nice.
+ Short walk to the beach for kids over 10 years old.
Cons:
- Picture of the pool was stretched to make to pool look larger than it is. Look at the width of the lounge chair. Pool is very, very small - but typical size compared with other houses.
- Cleaners missed food, wrappers, etc. around the property.
- Table in rear of property was on a brick to fix a broken leg. Chair was rusted and needs disposal.
- Kitchen needs pots and pans, spatulas, etc.
- Beach is crowded and conflicts over who can sit where happened on the beach (not to us).
Destin is not a quiet location this time of year. Traffic moves at walking pace.

Perfect Vacation Spot
This house was awesome. There were 8 of us and plenty of room, like we all had our own apartment. The owners are awesome, couldn't get in on keypad, helped us within minutes, bottom air went out, had a repair guy there same day and up and running. Very responsive to questions, etc. House was clean, and perfect location. Very short walk to the beach, plenty of things left at the house to have fun with on the beach (boogie boards, beach chairs, etc.) Plenty of towels in the house as well, never ran low.

Nice House, Wonderful location.
My family spent Thanksgiving here and had a wonderful time. We were a large group but we had a lot of space to spread out. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook for your family. Large cooking pots, even a crock pot and waffle iron to make waffles for breakfast. There was a hand mixer and baking pans for cakes. Since it was late in the year we wished the pool was heated. The location to the beach is great and we will look at coming back during the warmer months.

Great house for everyone!
A group of 11 of us stayed at ADDA Beach house for a wedding and had a blast. It was the perfect size home and our favorite thing was that every room had their own bathroom! It was a nice, short walk to the beach and the best coffeehouse was around the corner. Thank you to Heather for your quick responses and accommodating all of our needs.

Everything went as planned. Great time. If anything could be changed, it would be to add a TV to the downstairs bedroom. Just greedy I guess. Kids kinda took over living room set. Loved it anyway.

Beautiful house BUT...........
Beautiful house everything was great, Owners were amazing, quick response, and very fast at assessing whatever problems you may have, BUT upon arrival all of the beds had sand on them from the previous renters. The owner sent out the cleaning crew and the lady in charge of the cleaning crew said they NEVER wash the covers, they just dust them off and put them right back on the bed which is pretty unsanitary and disgusting. Besides that though the house is beautiful, had enough parking space for 2 big trucks and 2 cars, great location, and close walking distance to the beach.

We have stayed twice at this property with a party of 7 adults and 7 children ranging from age 4 - 11. We love the private location at the end of a quiet dead end street. The roomy house is perfect for our group. The open first floor with high ceilings and a quality kitchen is spacious. It’s a short (.2 Miles) walk to a private neighborhood entrance to the beach and is a less crowded beach area. The pool is a little small but whenever we were not at the beach, the kids all enjoyed piling into the pool. The kids also loved being together in the bunk room. Each of the 5 bedrooms have bathrooms and two have balconies. I have spent a lot of time looking at beach property on the internet and have not found a better value than the ADDA Beach House. Thanks, Heather for a great vacation stay.

Great place for large family group
We did a family type reunion here with 6 adults and 6 kids ranging from 3 - 16. There is plenty of room, close to the beach and attractions. When I emailed the owner she was very quick to respond. Most of the emails was just to let her know things and it was nothing that effected our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Property!
The stay was nice. The home is very close to area shopping and activities for the kiddos which was a huge plus! The only negative is that upon arrival/inspection, we found old fruit (half of lime & a molded orange) under the couches in the Living Room area. Also, the curb trash was flowing onto the driveway when we arrived so we had to move it. Overall, the home is huge & it accommodated our family. We truly enjoyed the property! Wish we could’ve had a chance to barbecue during our stay!

The house was beautiful and spacious. The location and access to beach and surrounding areas was a plus. I think the grown ups had more fun than our children. We are already planning for the upcoming summer.

This home was very spacious & in a good location. Short walk to private beach & multiple activities.
Our stay was fabulous!! The home was very spacious & accommodated our family of 7 adults & 5 kids perfectly. Delighted that it was the last home before a gated community, so that it was very quiet with minimal traffic. The walk to the beach wasn't too bad, but we ended up taking beach toys & usually leaving everything there for the day. The beach was a dream with perfect blue waters & white powdery sand. Our kids were delighted. The only minus in the home was that the kitchenware (pots & pans) were pretty worn out, but still provided us the ability to make meals while there. The slow cooker was a great addition! Even without the lid. The other concern I have would be that the home was not really very clean.. the fans all had a pretty thick layer of dirt & dust.. Windows were pretty smeary, floor boards dusty & dirty. The cleaning fee per rental seems a little high for the quality seen. (My son in law, who isn't the neatest guy, mentioned it to me) the DustBuster for the floors didn't work too well so it was good that brooms & dustpans were available.

Nice property
Very nice vacation home, very spacious. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Walking distance to the private beach which was nice since the public beach was pretty packed. Pool was a little small but still enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful visit!
Beautiful house. Big open downstairs. Plenty of room for 15 people. Nice bathrooms, nice laundry room. Clean, comfortable bedrooms. We left a few beach chairs and umbrella as there were none there to use. Also left a few paper products, you will need to buy your own. Recommend replacing outdoor furniture., rusty chair broke from normal use.Thanks Heather for a great place to stay!

Awesome getaway
The house was beautiful and we had plenty of space for 15 people. Easy access to the beach, just walking distance made the vacation most enjoyable. Also, very conveniently located near shopping area and the harbor.
