Questa grande casa al mare è stata la preferita da generazioni. Al piano inferiore offre una vista sull'oceano dalla zona pranzo, oltre a una cucina completamente attrezzata, soggiorno, salone, camino a gas, camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, bagno 3/4 recentemente rinnovato e lavanderia. Al piano superiore, ci sono quattro camere da letto (1 matrimoniale e 3 matrimoniali) e due bagni completi recentemente rinnovati. C'è anche una "area per bambini" al piano superiore nel mezzo delle camere da letto con TV a schermo piatto, 2 set di letti a castello singoli, oltre a 1 divano letto doppio con letto estraibile doppio sotto. Il ponte è perfetto per un barbecue e ha anche una vista sull'oceano. A soli 3 isolati dal centro e appena fuori dal lungomare, questa casa sulla spiaggia è perfetta per un ritiro o una riunione di famiglia ed è anche vicino a molte altre case per vacanze sulla spiaggia grandi e piccole. Parcheggio per 4 auto.

The description and pictures of this property way overstate the actual condition of the house. There are 5 bedrooms not 6. That alone would have led us not to stay here. Supposed bedroom 6 was an open area between bedrooms containing 2 bunk beds and a single bed in an open area. A television did exist but it has no cable and was only a smart television predicating that users have accounts to access any programming. In short, it served very little use and the house practically had no television service. The home is in desperate need of maintenance and upgrading. The front steps are a hazard with falls waiting to happen. The price was low for the area and we now know why. Carpet is old and needs replacing. Kitchen much the same.

Loved it the moment I stepped in. Spacious, homey, and plenty of comfortable seating!
We were 12, and plenty of space.
Most bedrooms were furnished lovely. One open room had 2 sets of bunk beds and a twin. 3 bathrooms made us really nice. It’s an older style home with carpet throughout. I’d definitely return!

Many things about the house was great, especially the location. Many puzzles and games.
The host was available for communication. Unfortunately, some of the linens and blankets had holes and stains. The dishwasher was leaking water so we couldn't use it. Some of the dishes needed to be rewashed when we arrived. We couldn't get the VCR working to play movies (and we did have a techie with us). Overall, the place needs some TLC.

We enjoyed staying here. The location of the place was great. It was just close enough to the main strip of Seaside but not too close to where there were always people around. The place was clean and had plenty of room for 12 people. There were some issues that came up but it wasn't a big deal to us. For example, some of the bathrooms didn't have locks on them, the handle on the kettle broke before we got a chance to use it, and the lamp in the living room bulb popped and stopped working. Like I said, it wasn't something that we needed repaired right away so we enjoyed our stay.

The home was built in the 1940s and was spacious, with plenty of room for family dinners and game nights. The architecture was beautiful, and it was less than a block from the boardwalk and a five-minute walk to the main street in Seaside. It was wonderful. We had a power outage due to a storm, and the house kept the heat and was still very comfy. Good memories! :)

First, and most importantly, we had a wonderful weekend! The house is in the perfect location, was the perfect size, and had the perfect layout for 4 mom friends and their 8 teenagers! On the downside, the house needs some updates, new sheets/towels, and a good cleaning. With some TLC this place could be charming!

We rented this house for a multi-generational family trip. House was much as advertised -- a comfortable basic beach house in a prime location. House has some wear and tear but it worked fine for us. Kitchen was well equipped. Our one issue was that the internet connection was pretty thin which made it hard for folks who had to be on work calls.

Big vacation home walking distance from beach. Nice home just needs a lot of TLC. rooms smelled musty. All the linen needs updating and smelled old and looked way overused. Door handles to rooms kept falling off. Upstairs Bathroom door keeping locking guests in.

We would rent this place again. The place was clean, there are many rooms in the house! If you are looking for a place that will make it feel like you are spending time with your family this is it. There are many games to play, only a few blocks from Broadway street.

The blinds were filthy (which wasn't pleasant for opening them or the windows) and some of a cabinetry around the living areas was sticky.This is also not a house for people with physical difficulties. The front entry steps are probably not to code as they are steep and very narrow and the handrail is wood and splintery. Since the youngest in our party was 60, those front steps were an issue with a couple of us with knee and hip problems. I think they are worth mentioning in your advertisement.

Since the youngest in our party was 60, those front steps were an issue with a couple of us with knee and hip problems. I think they are worth mentioning in your advertisement.

The sleeping arrangement was perfect for our family. However, the kitchen was not well supplied and the whole house needed a good deal of updating.

Great location and size, older home.
A block from the Prom and give blocks to downtown. Lots of sleeping options. Most windows did not open and there are no fans for ventilation. Our family had a great time staying here and enjoying Seaside. We will definitely consider this house again.

Wonderful location
Easy walk to beach and to town. The kitchen could definitely use an update as could the linens. However the location and size of the home make it worth a stay here. It was wonderful for a weekend get away!

House was well stocked, convenient, and comfortable
Celebrating mom and dad's 50th!! Wonderful stay!! Lots of extras we didn't expect. Loved the basement shower and sink to rinse off after beach play! This home was just right and within walking distance to beach and town. Everything was clean and comfortable! Thank you!!

Good Location
This is a big grand old house in a nice neighborhood that is close to the beach and town. The house is well laid out and has lots of room to spread out and we really enjoyed our stay. The negative part of this wonderful old house is it's badly in need of new paint, carpet, sheets, towels, and mattresses. I really hope the owner will start to give this wonderful home the maintenance it deserves.

Wonderful location, functional house but not updated.
This was a wonderful house for 8 adults and 4 kids to stay in! We loved being so close to the beach and within easy walking distance to down town. The house was large and quite quirky. The house worked very well for us despite not being updated. What a great vacation!
