My family and I really enjoyed our stay! We had some rainy weather but passed the time with games and puzzles that were thoughtfully provided at the property.

The house was very large and close to just about everything you want to do in Seaside. Had plenty of room for everything we wanted to do. Everything was well laid out and we made good use of the kitchen. One thing that was less than perfect was that there was a gas grill, but no gas tank. And when we reached out to ask about it, we never got an email response. We would definitely come back and rent this property again.

Lots of space for our party with all the amenities we needed! Great location, close to everything. The only cons for us were the doors to the rooms and bathrooms not locking, and neither of the two bathtubs were able to hold water. We had to plug them with a bath towel to keep the water in. There was no exhaust/kitchen ventilation. Besides the things, all was good here for a great vacation for our party of 7!

For such a location and price, it's acceptable, but it needs to be renovated and it will be a gorgeous house.
