大浴場が広く使いやすかった。
季節の湯や屋外源泉温泉等良かった。
キャビンの室内、施設内全体的に過ごしやすい気温だった。
カプセルホテルのキャビンの上段に登るためのハシゴが少し幅があり登り降りが怖かった。
よく確認しないとブランケットの貸出等が分からなかった。

It was right next to the station, so easy to find. The cabin is inside a hot spring facility and the whole place is massive, with a comic library, a cafe, etc inside. The hot springs include an outside bath area. The sleeping cabin was clean and comfortable. The staff checking me in didn't know much English but they were very helpful and did their best to make sure I was OK. They provided me with an English map and instructions.
The ladder to the upper cabin is a little awkward to get up and down. Because my booking was very last minute due to a cancelled train, I didn't ask if they had a lower cabin available, but if I stay there again in the future, I will request one.

the thin walls ....I could hear people snoring even though i was in the VIP rooms.
