The breakfast was great. Ennus, in Guest Services was AMAZING. She moved me because of my discomfort an the smell in the first room. She was very accommodating. I was around every location I needed to go.
Minor issues such as a piece of hair in my shower in the first room and the air condition smell in there but that was easily resolved.

It’s clean and the staff are courteous and friendly too.
The breakfast on week days should reviewed to end by 10am as against 9am .

Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. I’ve returned to this location for 5 years and know that I will be helped and greeted. Rooms are neat.
The variety of breakfast has reduced and the quality of coffee items have declined. The bed in the suite I stayed in was very hard, no cushion to it. The treadmills either do not work or are experiencing wear and for the price we pay, all of these things should be considered to be improved. Even though I return to this location, I am considering other options because it’s not as exceptional as it once was.
