Questo recentemente aggiornato tre camere da letto con tre bagni offre una splendida vista sul lago Powell e l'oceano. Il soggiorno è dotato di TV ad alta definizione e divano letto con balcone affacciato sul Lago Powell. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto matrimoniale, una TV a schermo piatto e vista mare con balcone. La seconda e la terza camera dispongono di letti queen size con TV a schermo piatto. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito. Il condominio ha tre bagni, una lavatrice / asciugatrice e Wi-Fi. Non fumare e non sono ammessi animali. Gli affittuari devono avere almeno 25 anni.
Pinnacle Port ha molto da offrire ai nostri ospiti. C'è una piscina all'aperto e una piscina interna / esterna riscaldata. Gli sport all'aria aperta includono quattro campi da shuffleboard, quattro campi da tennis illuminati e un campo da basket. The owner was great with helping with whatever issues arose in more than willing to work with us. We enjoyed the beach and the tranquil, peaceful end of Panama City Beach.

Plenty of room for 4 adults!

We have stayed at Pinnacle Port for 7 years now and this was by far our worst stay yet. We had gnats in Kitchen and bathrooms so bad it ruined food we had bought for our trip. The host did send out a pest control a couple times to find out if was a mold issue they had under the sink in kitchen and that they where fungus gnats. We where told upon check in that they had came in from a open window. The pest man said there was no way the infestation was this bad from a open window. We will never rent this unit again. Im not sure how informed the Host was about how bad the issues was till we arrived but it was to the limit we almost left several times. The Host did try to accommodate the issue but we should have been fully re-embursed for such an issue that we had to endure or lose all our paid trip. I would have even considered just rebooking new dates for no more cost and no pest.

We were pleased with this unit. Two balconies, one with lake view, the other with a gulf view. This two story condo felt like home and was nicely decorated. The location is great and beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and would book again! No complaints!

We had a wonderful time while staying at Pinnacle Port. The condo was very clean and was the perfect size for our family of 6, we enjoyed that we all had our own spaces to get away to! There were minor issues with the AC and the water pressure but it didn't bother us one bit and the host was very up front about it before we arrived and even gave a discount. We would highly recommend this place for any future guests!

We loved the views from both balconies. It was nice that each room had its own full bath. We also liked that one bedroom was downstairs while the others 2 were upstairs. There were thoughtful touches like soap, salt/pepper, Tupperware, toaster and kuerig

Perfect Vacay
Rental property was as exactly as shown/described online. Well maintained, beautiful view and a very comfortable stay overall. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect beach front vacation.

Absolutely love Pinnacle Port, this was our 6th year! This condo met all my family’s needs, the property itself was doing some repairs and upgrades and Carolyn was always on top of letting know us any changes. She was easy to get in touch with. Definitely give them a try, it’s not great for families of all ages, located at the west end of PCB, the secure gated Clarillon Community on the entrance side, the beautiful Gulf on one side, Lake Powell and St. Helens Park, it is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places.

Family Beach Time!
Absolutely love Pinnacle Port, this was our 6th year! This condo met all my family’s needs, the property itself was doing some repairs and upgrades and Carolyn was always on top of letting know us any changes. She was easy to get in touch with. Definitely give them a try, it’s not great for families of all ages, located at the west end of PCB, the secure gated Clarillon Community on the entrance side, the beautiful Gulf on one side, Lake Powell and St. Helens Park, it is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places.

This is a great gulf front property. The security was very comforting., We enjoyed the Gulf and the very large pool which is partially enclosed for those who may have a bit of a sunburn. The kitchen of our unit was throughly stocked with cookware. A great place we will probably return in the future.

Great Location and View!
This is a great gulf front property. The security was very comforting., We enjoyed the Gulf and the very large pool which is partially enclosed for those who may have a bit of a sunburn. The kitchen of our unit was throughly stocked with cookware. A great place we will probably return in the future.

Great family vacation!

Wonderful property at the west end of the beach. Fabulous pool with indoor/outdoor swimming and plenty of deck space. Our condo had views of the Gulf and lake Powell. The 3 bedrooms were the perfect set up for us. Carolyn was great to work with and very easy to reach. We will definitely book again and recommend this property.

I would say the pictures are a little misleading because the place was a little smaller than we expected and two of the rooms (King room and twin beds room) were upstairs, but we enjoyed our stay none the less! When we had a question about the toilet in the downstairs bathroom, we got a quick response and someone came right out! Loved that we were right on the beach and near the pool. I would definitely book again.

Ms. Karls was an excellent host. She was very accessible and quick to respond to any concerns. The condo was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to stay here again. My crew had a great vacation and their only comment was the mattresses in the upstairs rooms weren’t super comfortable, but it didn’t prevent them from sleeping. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
