Our stay was for our annual family vacation. This house was gorgeous, clean and extremely well equipped. It had every appliance, pot, pan and kitchen tool you could ever need. The owner of the property was very responsive throughout the booking process and our stay. The house was very comfortable and spacious, giving us the room we needed including ample dinning space for eating and playing games of old maid (a family tradition). It is close to town while having that secluded feel. When the weather cooperated, we were able to enjoy the canoe, outdoor games supplied by the owners as well as the inflatables we brought with us. The outdoor shower, beautiful gardens and wildlife sightings were a bonus.

This place was perfect for our weekend in Door County. The lake was beautiful and the house was even more beautiful and had everything we needed. Great location!

The host thought of everything! The property was well kept and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent weekend ! This home was perfect for our group of 9 adults and 4 children. It was gorgeous, comfortable, very well stocked, great indoor and outdoor space and a kind and personable owner who gave us all necessary information regarding the home. Thank you Michael! Thank you also for the most gorgeous weather and Fall colors we have ever seen! Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!

Great place for gatherings inside and out with plenty of seating and relaxing locations for our group of 9 adults. The kitchen had everything you needed and joint living room area was very spacious with great views. Bedrooms were very comfortable and # of bathrooms were convenient, very clean and well stocked. Morning walks down the drive and along the road were very quiet. The dock was a popular hangout spot with lots of memories made.

Perfect location and great amenities!

This was the perfect ‘home base’ for our first family vacation in 3 years. Waterfront, amazing sunsets, quiet neighborhood, well-appointed kitchen, and pretty much everything else you could ask for. Long before our departure we began planning our return.

We enjoyed our stay at this home on Kangaroo lake. This is a very spacious home and Michael was very helpful at check in and quickly responsive to any questions. The only caution in renting this property is the WiFi speed. It is too slow to do conference calls and efficiently work from the home

Well the weather wasn’t ideal however the house was more than enough space to accommodate lots of fun activities and was super relaxing. Loved the home and the hosts were the best

This home was very comfortable for the entire family. Beautifully decorated and well stocked kitchen. There is ample space for a large family or group of friends. The house is on Kangaroo Lake, which is shallow, so very nice for children in warmer months. Access to all villages on the peninsula with a short drive. Beds were very comfortable. Great place to stay!

This house was great for a long weekend with friends. Very clean and spacious. The property is beautiful and it’s a great location to get around the peninsula. We would definitely stay here again!

We adore this home and yard. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for 11 people to have convenience and privacy. So many games and boats and bicycles to keep us busy. Beautiful view with a pier and coastline.

We had four couples of college friends/roommates and had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room and the location is perfect to see Door County.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect. There was so much at the house to keep us busy. Bicycles, kayaks, canoe. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. The location was convent to everything we wanted to do. Guys went fishing and only had a 5 minute drive to the boat. Would love to rent this home again.

The second refrigerator was very helpful, we did not need to keep beverages in coolers. The house is nicely laid out. Beds were very comfortable and the house exceeded my cleanliness expectations. We appreciated the kayaks, especially for morning coffee paddles. The gardens were beautiful and we spent extra time outside gazing at them and Kangaroo Lake. The location was excellent, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Michael responded quickly to our questions and checked in to be sure we were satisfied with everything. We were extremely satisfied!

First pulling up to the house....adorable. Decorated for fall with pumpkins and corn stalks. Beautifully potted plants and adorable fairy gardens. The landscape manicured to perfection. Going inside, walking through the house...lots of ooohs and aaahs. Every room was clean and decorated with a lot of thought and perfection. Small touches of the fall and halloween season. The house was perfect for our 5 couples there to celebrate a 60th birthday. We had one couple that got a flat tire and the homeowner came out to give us a compressor and even filled her tire. So accommodating from opening up the house and putting all the lights on at arrival and helping us out with the flat. I would highly recommend staying at this home and will for sure be returning ourselves.

Beautiful property. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Owner even included bikes to ride, canoe, kayaks, and a fire pit with firewood and kindling provided enough for our entire 4 day stay. Another nice feature was there was an extra refrigerator to hold drinks and overflow of food we brought for the four days. Beds were amazingly comfortable with plenty of overflow spaces for eight adult people. Very nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much. We are planning to return same time next year to catch the fall colors. Thank you Michael.
