Good location with clear directions on how to find the property. Good sized room and shower which were clean. Room had a view of the canal directly below. Excellent communication from the property manager, Matteo, who answered all my questions and gave me some great recommendations.

The balcony overlooking the canal was our favourite. We sat at the window listening to the gondola singers go by!
There was nothing but if I were to be picking Having to go across the hall to use the bathroom was a bit annoying at night

Canal view is amazing. Room is quite impressively decorated. Aircon worked great. Free minibar was awesome! Location pretty good, with VERY clear instructions to locate and check in.
On the smaller side. Lots of stairs, but staff kindly helped us with luggage. A bit noisey during the day I think there were some works getting done nearby.

We loved the location. Opening the window to see the gondolas passing bay was a real treat, with some of them singing or playing instruments. It created a special atmosphere.
