Great place and had everything we needed

The property was beautiful and clean. This was my first Vrbo experience and now I am hooked. I did not have to contact the management company because there were no issues.
I am looking forward with booking Vrbo and the Evolve management team in the future.

Only thing good was we were able to have an early check in. I would not recommend this house for a long stay or to a family with children. I wakled in and the floor was sticky, I went tothe kitchen and there was garbage on the floor. GROSS! The kitchen was outfitted with old ammenities that felt like they came from a frat house. The master bath is very outdated and the catpet was discusting. My son showered and walked around barefoot (inside NOT outsife) and the bottom of his feet were black from dirt within minutes. The pool was ok, however the grounds were not clean. There were cigar and cigarette butts in the landscaping. I was informed by the owner that the house would possibly smell like smoke and marijuana because of previous renters who did not follow the rules. He was right, but how do you expect renters to follow rules when you have a sticker on the refridgerator that Says "I Love Powder" and has a poster on the wall with the family tree of Heavy Metal. If you are group of FRAT BROTHERS looking for a party house you found it! If you are a family with small children STAY AWAY! I came to house hunt for retirement and possibly an income property and I definately learned WHAT NOT TO DO!

What we liked about the home was the location. Really quiet place to relax. The spacious back yard was a nice addition to the home. Our disappointment came in really two things. The home could have been cleaner than we are accustomed, especially the kitchen area. The furnishings were very basic with a need for some better decorating. Not being able to use the pool due to the cooler weather and not being able to heat it was a disappointment. That was one reason we booked this home. We were more than willing to pay the extra fee to heat the pool. Just a few improvements in this home could really improvement the experience. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. Enjoyed the large TV and entertainment system with a fairly strong WIFI. The sofa with the two recliner was a nice touch. Having a garage was also a nice addition. As I said wouldn’t take much to make this a really nice home to rent.

Property was extremely clean and exactly as described on Evolve. The rooms were spacious with all the amenities you need. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood within close proximity to shopping and restaurants. The house, backyard and pool were well maintained. It was perfect for a week long getaway in Arizona. Definitely planning on staying again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay, and had a good time, but we decided that this property is solid 3 star property for us. We've stayed at other properties that were better for less per night. It was as if the property was bought for revenue only, and not a lot of thought was put into making it inviting.
The check in process was seamless, and the house was clean upon arrival. One of the first things we noticed was that the furnishings in the family room and dining area were not as presented in the photos. The family room was choppy, with a couch separating the sectional from the rest of the room. Seating for the television was a couch and recliner, rather than all the furniture being available to sit on. The leather sectional had an inexpensive slip cover on it, poorly applied. The dining area was crowded, due to a couch and love seat, both in mediocre condition, being in there.
The Master bedroom was the only bedroom with a chest of drawers in it, and no closet space, just a wire clothes rack. The other 2 bedrooms were sparsely furnished, with only 1 nightstand in each room and no chest of drawers. They did have ample closet space with organizers in them for your items. Neither bedroom had an alarm clock or any type of clock in them. In1 guest room, the carpet was buckling away from the wall.
Baths were adequate, the shower heads could use an update, or a good scrub, the water flow was not the best. There were plenty of bath towels and washcloths in both bathrooms, and in a hall closet if more were needed.
At night, with no ambient light in the residence, it was extremely dark to walk to the bath, etc. We purchased 2 night lights, that we left at the residence.
The pool area was very nice. There is a table and chairs, and some loungers, but they are also inexpensive. As far as "pool toys" goes, there was 1 lounge float, 1 ring float, some noodles, 2 beach balls with holes in them, and some splash balls. We purchased some lounge floats and left them at the residence. The pool towels at the residence were smallish, and there were not many of them. We purchased more, but those we brought home.
The kitchen was functional, but lacked some basic utensils like rubber scrapers (we bought those) or hand mixers. Not a lot of glassware.
Again, it did not appear that a lot of thought was put into the home, just a bunch of stuff thrown together to rent it out. As I stated, we enjoyed our stay, but will not choose this residence again.

Great place for a family getaway
The house was spacious and clean. The neighborhood felt safe. The pool was nice. It would have been better if it was heated though - too cold to actually swim in. We would stay here again.

A wonderful oasis for a busy trip
My wife and I came down for a long weekend of Spring Training games and beautiful weather. The house was great, and could have hosted a family or three couples. We enjoyed sitting out back by the pool, and taking a dip. The pool doesn’t appear to be heated, but even in the Spring it was a welcome way to cool off. We would return next time we’re in the area.

Great location, clean and comfortable
We were in Goodyear the first week of March 2018. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. There is a school across the street but there is a tall brick privacy fence around the school property which cuts down the noise. The house was clean and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, towels, dish soap, etc. The only negative things I can say are that the patio door blind was not working and we weren't able to use the pool because the weather was too chilly and the water was still very cold. Also, the cable channels are very limited. We had to use an ipad hooked up to the TV to watch ESPN.

Great place, very clean. As a three bedroom should be set up for 3 couples, not 2 ion the kitchen. No biggy, but easy to fix - wives noticed, but got on fine. Worked for spring training.

Propery was nice but needed more upkeep
The property was nice but needed upkeep in the back and front yards. Weeds were everywhere. However, the pool was great as it was always the perfect temperature. The home was roomy and clean. On the down side, upon arrival the smoke alarm was chirping. We found batteries in a drawer in the kitchen, replaced it but the chirping continued. We then went to the store and purchased a new battery but the chirping continued. After emailing the manager/owner, I was told "Maybe just take the batteries. What ever it takes to make it stop chirping. Just don't burn the house down" and that was it. This was a very frustrating start to our vacation as my husband and I spent about 2 hours figuring this out. Another down side was that on day 3, a lizard was found in the weight/exercise room. After about one hour, we were finally able to get the lizard outside. The owner could not have known about this though. Overall, I would probably stay here again just because of the pool.

Perfect house for spring training
This house was an excellent choice for my family. We spend a week there for spring training. Easy access to Goodyear and Surprise. My kids loved the pool, and the park down the street. We will definitely like to stay there again next year.

Goodyear, AZ trip
Enjoyed the stay. Nice spot, very quiet. Neighbors looked at us as if we were aliens from another planet, but never spoke. Pool is heatable, but heat wasn't on. Pool also hadn't been treated, so we were surprised by this when the pool cleaning company told us this on our last full day at the property. If owners intent was that we didn't use the pool, this was not conveyed to us. Traffic around the area was very manageable. Shopping and restaurants are excellent. Very safe neighborhood.
