Charming 3/4 bedroomed Villa with private pool and stunning rooftop terrace
Bellissima villa indipendente in pietra con piscina privata che è circondata da una grande terrazza solarium con una zona salotto in pietra coperta da una pergoda e offre una zona pranzo ombreggiata per cenare all'aperto con barbecue a gas, la Villa è ben attrezzata per un relax e relax vacanza.
La Villa ha recentemente installato una nuova cucina ed è stata completamente rinnovata al piano inferiore completa di nuovi mobili.
Abbiamo anche un dispositivo di raffreddamento dell'acqua perfetto per mantenersi rinfrescati durante il giorno.
La proprietà trae vantaggio dall'avere una piccola camera singola fuori dalla camera da letto principale alla quale si accede da una porta interna dalla camera da letto principale e da una porta esterna della sala.
Entrambe le camere da letto king size dispongono di balconi per il tuo relax mentre ti prepari per la sera.
Abbiamo anche 3 asciugacapelli, rulli riscaldati e piastre nella Villa.
C'è anche una cassaforte nella proprietà.
Abbiamo una splendida terrazza sul tetto dotata di mobili incantevoli per sedersi e guardare la splendida vista - è coperta da un pergoda, quindi dà ombra in estate. Abbiamo anche un frigorifero al piano superiore, che è molto utile se si bevono bevande sulla terrazza.
La 4a camera da letto al 3 ° piano è una camera matrimoniale ma ha il tetto spiovente ma completamente climatizzata.
Villa Tulo si trova in una posizione tranquilla sulla collina di Kiziltas con vista mozzafiato sulla baia di Kalkan e sulle isole e vista sulle montagne sul retro della villa. Bastano solo 15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il villaggio e le strade acciottolate di Kalkan con i suoi meravigliosi negozi e bar. Il porto è sublime e la spiaggia di ciottoli ha le acque cristalline più incredibili. Kalkan ha una reputazione eccellente come avere alcuni dei migliori ristoranti in Turchia e sono di altissima qualità per quell'esperienza culinaria raffinata. Ci sono molti stabilimenti balneari a Kalkan, alcuni dei quali sono raggiungibili con un taxi acqueo gratuito dal porto. Molti stabilimenti balneari offrono vari sport acquatici.

Due to word limitation I cannot express how pleased we were with Villa TuloWe spent 15 nights at Villa Tulo, arrived late evening to a very generous welcome pack, easily the best we have had in our 10 yrs visiting Kalkan. Access to the Vila was easy enough via the key lock. Although the Villa is “above” the D400 do not let that put you off. The location is great. The views from the roof top terrace are amazing. You can walk down into town in around 20 mins, or it’s a 5 min taxi ride. Tip for taxi home, if your driver does not know Vila Tulo, just ask for Vila Kaz (its right facing)The pool & seating areas are much bigger than they appear on the photos with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas and there is also a table and chairs at the side (out of the sun) which are great for dinners. The outside area is very private & clean.All bedrooms have extremely comfy beds & pillows, all have air con and the two bedrooms that have ensuites are very modern. No issues with hot water.As previously mentioned the roof top is amazing with great seating area, there is also a fridge up there to keep your drinks cool.The villa was cleaned mid stay (inc bed change) and the pool is also maintained (very early -you may not see him but rest assured it is) Gill also provides good quality hair dryers, hair straighteners and pool towels. Much better than the usual, something to consider when packing to save some space.Communication was excellent – there is nothing I could or would fault

We had a great time at Villa Tulo.The photographs simply do not do the place justice. The grounds are setback from the road and although there are lots of properties nearby, they are staggered and designed in such a way that you are not overlooked. The walled area around the pool is the highlight of the property. It is clean, quiet and beautifully maintained. The pool is nice and deep and seemed bigger than the photos in real life and the nearby seating and dining areas are all linked in such a clever way, that even with our large family there was space for us all to do our own thing together.The inside of the property is equally well maintained, especially rhe kitchen and livong room. That contain EVERYTHING that you need to be comfortable. Barely a day went by without somebody shouting "oh wow, they even have a...!"The beds were super comforable and the balconies (especially the roof top balcony) have incredible views of Kalkan and are terrific to relax on whilst hearing the calls to prayer drifting over the mountainsideGillian is an incredible host. Her communications beforehand were excellent and her recommendations for airport transfers and taxi companies were cheaper than anything I could find on the internet and of the highest quality.The only potential sticking point would be the fourth bedroom. There are three spacious doubles on the 1st floor but the bedroom in the loft (also a double) has a very low ceiling which most adults would struggle to stand in.

Excellent villa, fully equipped with everything you could need for your holiday; and an exceptional private pool.

We spent 18 days in Villa Tulo, and could easily have spent 18 more.
Communication with Gillian was excellent from the start, we felt welcome and well taken care of. Everything about the villa was as advertized and expected - and then some.
Some highlights that made a difference:
* The generous welcome pack was a lifesaver on our first night, as we arrived late after delays at the airport. Cold wine and beer in the fridge was more than we could have hoped for, along with other items for breakfast in the morning.
* The plentifulness and quality of linens, especially towels for use by the pool
* The roof top balcony with fridge and stunning views
* The lovely shaded back yard with gas bbq and olive trees
* The good sized pool and sunny pool terrace which felt very private
* Good and stable wifi, even with four youths and one husband with occasional need to connect with the office
* Well equipped kitchen with lots of utencils
Kalkan is hilly, and the villa is high up, but the views and the breeze is worth it. I would say it is an easy walk down to shops, restaurants and old town - most days we chose to take a taxi back.
Would absolutely recommend villa Tulo - hopefully we will be back!
