Large character house
Ideale per una famiglia con bambini, situata in un tranquillo borgo di case tipiche del luogo, vicino al mare (4 km da St Pierre en Port, 7 km da Fécamp, 25 km da Etretat), grande casa in selce con 6 camere da letto, di cui una con cabina doccia e servizi igienici, soggiorno (50 m²) e sala da pranzo (45 m²) con accesso diretto tramite porte-finestre a un giardino recintato con fiori. Bagno con wc. Garage per due auto e parcheggio supplementare a disposizione. 12 posti letto. La biancheria da letto e alcuni asciugamani sono forniti e inclusi nel prezzo di affitto. C'è la possibilità di avere un'animazione al pianoforte tenuta da un pianista o di affittare il pianoforte a mezza coda. Da concordare con il proprietario. Il consumo di acqua ed elettricità durante il soggiorno è a carico dell'affittuario. Il totale dell'acqua TTC per m3 escluso l'abbonamento 3,90 euro.

Eleven of us (6 adults and 5 children) had a very enjoyable time. The house has character and is well equipped. The garden provided a good spot for adults to relax and children to play. Mme Martin, the housekeeper, is charming but has no English. The owners were quick to respond to emails and very helpful. Be aware that the en suite bedroom has the loo and shower in the room itself. We love the area for it's quietness. There is good shopping in Fecamp and a good smaller supermarket, bars and good restaurant in Valmont; also a lovely riverside park.

Slightly unkempt inside and out. The lighting in the house was inadequate. There was no mention of additional charges for water and electricity in the original details or for cleaning. However, the hostess was welcoming and charming and stayed in a separate part of the premises. It would have helped if there some staples like bread and milk for which we would have gladly paid. Overall, reasonable value but the property could do with updating. The showers were very small and we were surprised that there was a cramped toilet actually in a bedroom with no screening which made it very unattractive to the extent we did not use that bedroom. No doubt updating would be reflected in a higher price. We felt it had great potential which was not maximised. The living room and dining room were impressively spacious.
