Nice older home. Lots of updates but still needs a few things done. Pool and hot tub were fantastic after a long day at Disney. Tried to text about a few issues but for some reason my texts wouldn't go through........not due to anything from my end. (My phone works perfectly)
Our group was 4 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. The home was plenty big for us. Had a good time overall.

Great location for Disneyland and Angel Stadium. Quiet neighborhood and ample parking driveway. Even though sleeps 8, the room set up was off for our group. Couch in big living space uncomfortable so sleeping there was bad option. Overall it was a great place to stay for time spent there.

Perfect for our Disneyland trip with 6 kids and two adults. It was spacious, clean, and close to Disneyland, in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was beautiful and clean and lots of fun! We loved our stay so much!

A great property with pool, hot tub and fire pit. It was a tight squeeze with 9 of us (4 adults, 5 kids), but the trundles in the media room was perfect for piling in kiddos. The dishwasher was a bit wonky and the neighbors had a loud barking dog sometimes at bedtime, but otherwise everything was in great working order. Would recommend this to a large group on a relative budget who wants to be close to Disney, but also wants to have a space away from the crowds for meals and unwinding time by the pool.

Overall, we were pleased with our stay at this property. The location and proximity to Disney was amazing - especially given our past experiences staying off property in Orlando. The house itself was suitable for the time we were there, but definitely needs a little TLC - fresh paint, a few odds and ends fixed, etc - but nothing that prohibited us from enjoying our stay. Communication with management was very easy via text - a quick text on day 2 and we had more towels delivered by the time we returned home that evening. All in all, would recommend if looking for a super close location for your Disney adventure!

We had an overall great experience. The place could have been slightly cleaner, and some extra blankets would have been nice. The rooms were spacious, the hot tub and pool were so convenient for the family, we even got to use the gas fire pit. It was about a 20 minute walk to Disneyland, so we dropped off kids first and had one person do the walk by themselves. There’s was no oil or basic cooking ingredients so all that must be purchased separately, also no ice maker or trays to make ice. But we enjoyed this much more than a hotel since we got to all hang out and watch movies together as a family and cook meals together. I would recommend this to a friend.

We stayed here with friend for our disney trip with another family. We had a range of kids from 2-8 years old. It's a bit of a trek with the young ones, we ended up dropping everyone off at the east side of the park and the driver would go back to the house and walk back to the park. I would recommend for anyone with young children.
This house was pretty good for our group of 9, enough space for sleeping, eating, and hanging out. There were a number of appliances that had minor issue, maybe not enough for maintenance to come our during the trip but enough to be annoying. The game room was not as nice as expecting, shuffleboard and foosball table were in poor shape. The swimming pool was too cold for most to use, we mainly used the hot tub.
Overall this was a good property for our stay.

Overall the house was nice and had everything you need to enjoy some family time in the game room, the pool and spa. Overall, the house made it easy for hanging out when not out and about enjoying the local beaches, and theme parks. The sleeping arrangements were a little misleading and not every room has a closet. Not a big deal. House was a little warm and some minor issues with garage door not locking.

Need to read all comms - especially house amenities. Please note that Anaheim by-law prevents use of any outdoor property (ie backyard) after 10pm

Very spacious.
Kitchen well supplied - though will need to bring coffee, milk, etc.
Bathroom shampoo, conditionaer and soap, dish soap, laundry detergent all provided. Pool towels in hutch beside backyard door. Pool and hot tub were a great relaxer.
30-40 min walk to the parks (don’t need to take car)
Shower drain was clogged but a quick call to main office and someone was on site to fix the same day. Queen Beds were on the small side for two adults.
Would highly recommend for large family.

Very comfortable property for our group, which included 4 kids 4-8 and 3 adults. More than enough room and the place was very well cleaned before we arrived. There is definite wear and tear from being used as a rental, but all of those things can be overlooked for the location and price, plus a nice pool and hot tub to use. The kitchen had a coffee maker, blender, more than enough plates and cups (including kids plastic ware), and all of the small appliances you could need. The bedding was comfortable and clean. The pillows were also very nice. We didn't use the trundle beds in the living room, but all of the other beds were very comfortable. The same can be said of the couches. We ate most of our meals outside (after quiet hours), which was very comfortable as well. It is very close to Disney (probably walkable with older kids) and close to many different food options.
We were more than happy with our stay and the owner was responsive when notified of issues (some of which we were just letting the owner know about for future renters as it didn't impact us). Very pleased and would rent again in the future.

We loved the home! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful and the children had a great time! The home is roomy and comfortable. We loved the updated kitchen, bathrooms, and air conditioning! The location is close enough to walk to Disney, about 20 minutes to Downtown Disney. The only downside we found is that some of the beds could be more comfortable. But overall we loved the home and would definitely recommend it!

Loved the heated pool!
We loved the home! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful and the children had a great time! The home is roomy and comfortable. We loved the updated kitchen, bathrooms, and air conditioning! The location is close enough to walk to Disney, about 20 minutes to Downtown Disney. The only downside we found is that some of the beds could be more comfortable. But overall we loved the home and would definitely recommend it!

We called twice to try and get someone out to clean and eventually at 11:30 pm checked into a hotel, as no one bothered to call us back. We called again the next day and PM said she would get someone out to clean house and would be done by 12:30 pm. We were credited 1 nights stay however, I was not happy with the neighborhood or cleanliness of the house. It did not look at all what the pictures showed on the VRBO site.

We wore left our shoes at the door and wore socks in the house, the floors were dirty. I was very disappointed with having a 10 PM curfew at my age. Of course its understood that in all cities its expected that after 10PM should be a quieter time respecting our neighbors but to be told that we must be indoors and not allowed in the game room after 10PM, wow. I even received a voice mail from the rental agency telling me it was 10PM and time to go inside! From now on, I learned to view the rental agreement before deciding to rent anywhere, we would not have stayed at this home if I had known before paying about the curfew and about the threats of "we have cameras outside the home so we will know if you were outside". It really was embarrassing. Pool was nice and beds were comfortable.

Everything was fine just a foul smell coming from the man hole on the side of the house by the pool and the smell was in the master bed room closet . The jacuzzi water was going out the jacuzzi on our second day of our stay the pool light did not work jacuzzi only got hot one time the three nights we were there other then that everything was fine!

Overall, we had a great stay! We had 6 adults and one child in our group and there was plenty of space, everything was clean and fairly comfortable. We especially enjoyed the yard area as well as having a tv with Netflix in the bedroom spaces and the living room. We chose to make the 5 minute drive to the Disneyland parking structures which was very convenient. The only issue we experienced was some challenges with the WiFi when we arrived. We messaged Funtierland about this during our stay via the text message number we had received. Fortunately, we were able to fix this on our own but were disappointed not to have received a response from them about the issue.

Great for family
This was a great location for our three-generation family Disneyland trip. The walk to the park entrance is about 3/4 mile. The neighborhood is quiet and the house has great gathering spaces.

Absolutely incredible accommodations. There was more than enough room for 6 travelers, and the proximity to Disney was great. Quiet neighborhood. The traffic on the streets around the neighborhood was light most of our visit. We will definitely stay at this location again.
