The house is large enough for a big family gathering. The pool is fabulous. Our group gathered for pool volleyball every afternoon. The downstairs has a great ping pong table that we used often. The kitchen is large and well supplied for cooking for a large group. The location is great. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

Impressive property; spacious layout; great fenced-in backyard.
The rooms were a good size allowing all of us (8 adults) to move about without getting in each other's way! The family room with the large fireplace was great for relaxing, watching movies, playing games! The open kitchen had a large dining area in addition to a separate formal dining room. The sleeping accommodations were more than satisfactory; and the basement offered table tennis, air hockey, foosball and other games.
Our group had a wonderful stay and would recommend.

Family get together
Overall excellent stay. Owner very responsive to calls and questions. Pool is outstanding with large shallow end that young children can stand and play for a long time. Recommend paying extra for gas to heat the pool. Kitchen very well equipped and nice grill outdoor outside garage area. Basement is great, especially if there is bad weather/ Ping pong table, Fussball, basketball toss, electric charged cars and separate TV/ area and many games and toy animals. Our 4,6,6,8 year old granddaughters had a fun time.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 and 4 and 5 do share bathrooms instead of each having their own. 6 th bedroom downstairs outside kitchen had own bathroom which also serves as a guest bathroom downstairs. Master bedroom has a very nice bathroom and two walk in closets.10 minute walk to Kenney’s beach- Water very calm, no waves, and beach is rocky. Definitely worth a stay for family reunion. Blueberry picking only 6 minutes away and animal feeding farm with rides and games, only 15 minutes away.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious house in Southold. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and it's a short walk to the beach. The owner is very responsive and helpful as well. We love the north fork, and would definitely try to stay here again!

Sibling house for wedding week
This house was perfect for my siblings and I to stay in with our families! The basement was totally stocked with everything you could want for entertainment-- for little kids and us "big kids" alike!

We loved our stay in Southhold. The house was huge and accommodated our large family. The pool area is exceptional. Beach passes were not provided ...we think as a result of the pandemic. We biked to the beach a couple days. The beach was very rocky but beautiful. We went to Orient State Park a few days. Beautiful and a but more sandy. Have fun!

We loved our stay in Southhold. The house was huge and accommodated our large family. The pool area is exceptional. Beach passes were not provided ...we think as a result of the pandemic. We biked to the beach a couple days. The beach was very rocky but beautiful. We went to Orient State Park a few days. Beautiful and a but more sandy. Have fun!

I couldn't have asked for more . Gorgeous home . Amazing pool that we were able to use everyday . Wildlife neer property . Fire pit. Great BBQ grill. Game room was really great for the kids . Lots of room to play in basement.

Excellent Stay in Long Island!
Excellent house for our group of friends. Everything was in great condition and the pool, which was heated, was great. Would definitely stay here again

The house was stunningly beautiful and very spacious. The grounds were even more spectacular, With the basketball and pool and firepit the young ones with us were in heaven. Also the basement was fully equipped with table tennis, air hockey, ride in toys. Lots of fun.
We have rented throughout the US and Europe the last several years and never had such a well stocked house. If we considered something we needed, it was there!
There was also a beautiful vegetable garden and we had delish tomatoes from it!! The grounds were so well maintained and lovely just to walk in.
A house great for all ages and you can hide from each other if you want to!!
The location was divine. 5 minute walk to Kennedys Beach which had the best sunsets. 10 to 15 minute drive to Greenport where we shopped and ate a few times. 2 grocery stores withing couple of miles. Very safe location.
We loved it so much that we plan a return trip in the near future!!
Any questions we had were promptly handled by the property manager.

We had a wonderful 3 day weekend staying in this beautiful home. There were 14 of us and everyone had plenty of space. I especially loved having the downstairs bedroom and bath as we had my elderly mother with us. Unfortunately we were not able to use the outdoor space as the weather was not cooperative but it looked very inviting!
We loved the North Fork. This property is very centrally located near all the wineries, and just a 5 minute drive to Greenport. We would definitely stay here again if and when we get back to the area.

First impression: Spectacular!! / Upon further Inspection: Even more Spectacular!!!
11 Adults staying on this Estate all agree: Stunning / Clean / Fun / Well equipped to accommodate all in Comfort and Luxury inside and out...Outstanding Location within Long Islands fantastic Vineyard "district!" The huge, well appointed Kitchen area allowed us to enjoy many delicious home cooked meals where great conversation and story telling took place! We strolled to the beautiful local beach, drove a short distance to the Wedding venue we were there to attend, enjoyed wine tasting in the local wineries, and explored this historic Southold area of Long Island! Most importantly, we had a blast as a family where too much time had passed between gatherings! Thank you to the Home Owners and their great property manager, Tabitha!

Overall we had a great experience. The house was great for entertaining! Any issues or questions were addressed very quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Lovely House with amazing grounds and pool
It is a lovely house with a very good layout for an extended family or multiple families. The owner is friendly and helpful. We had fourteen people in the house ranging from grandparents to toddlers, but mostly adults and teenagers. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool is wonderful and the two acre grounds looked expansive and lush. The basement is large and open with a ping pong tabIe, some free weights and other games. The kids spent a lot of time there. I could only think of a couple of glitches to the vacation. One, the house could use a deep cleaning. There were areas with accumulated dust and regrettably a condom was found under a throw rug in one of the bedrooms upstairs. For this, I blame the cleaning crew. Second, there was a minor setback with the check out. The owner kept 300.00 to pay for two missing air mattresses and two rokku sticks. Upon further inquiry, these were later found and the money returned. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and my family enjoyed the vacation tremendously. We would be back without hesitation.
